The Supreme Court of the U.S. finds John Rockefeller and his Trust guilty of corruption, illegal business practices and racketeering. As a result of this decision, the entire Rockefeller Standard Oil-Trust, the world’s largest corporation of its time, was sentenced to be dismantled. But Rockefeller was already above the Supreme Court and did not care about this decision.

In order to disperse public and political pressure on him and other robber-barons, Rockefeller uses a trick called “philanthropy”, whereby the illegal gains from his robber-practices in the oil business are used to launch the Rockefeller Foundation. This tax haven was used to strategically take over the health care sector in the U.S..
The Rockefeller Foundation was the front organization for a new global business venture of Rockefeller and his accomplices. This new venture was called the pharmaceutical investment business. Donations from the Rockefeller Foundation went only to medical schools and hospitals. These institutions had become missionaries of a new breed of companies: the manufacturers of patented, synthetic drugs.

The Rockefeller Foundation uses the Spanish flu epidemic – and the media (that it already controlled by this time) – to start a witch-hunt on all forms of medicine that were not covered by its patents.
Within the next 15 years, all medical schools in the U.S., most hospitals and the American Medical Association all essentially became pawns on the chessboard of Rockefeller’s strategy to subjugate the entire health care sector under the monopoly of his pharmaceutical investment business.

Dr. Royal Raymond Rife the scientist who discovered how to cure cancer with frequency oscillations
In 1920, Royal R Rife began his experiments using electronic frequencies on viruses and bacteria. Previous to that time, microbes were invisible, but using his own powerful microscopes, he was able to see them.
In 1934, a Special Medical Research Committee was formed at the University of Southern California. The committee brought sixteen terminally ill cancer patients who were near death form the Pasadena County Hospital to the laboratory of Dr Rife to be treated with the Rife frequency generator. All sixteen were cured of cancer.
Dr. Milbank Johnson, who organized this for Dr. Rife's, was about to announce the results of the 1934 study of the sixteen cancer patients who were reportedly cured. However, he never got to make that announcement. It is reported that just hours before making the announcement, he was fatally poisoned and his papers were "lost."

Dr. Max GersonSharing a personal story regarding the cancer treatment industry. My mother had cancer and her doctor wanted to remove her eye and and half of her face. I sought an alternative nutritional therapy treatment which had a significantly higher success ratio for level-4 cancer patients. But only radiation, surgery or pharmaceuticals are legal in the US. So I took her across the border on the beach in Baja Mexico and joined her for the special diet based on the Gerson Therapy. Her doctor on the US side said she was going to die if she did the nutritional therapy. After a few weeks of therapy, that same doctor examined her again and could not find a trace of cancer in her body. The doctor even had a disappointed tone in his voice after the exam. My mother lived to be 91 completely cancer free. The therapy was created by nutritionist Max Gerson, I personally knew his daughter Charlotte. She told me that when her father was working on his book "A Cure for Cancer" that he got heavy strychnine poisoning, but was able to cure himself. When his book got published, once again he got an even heavier dose of strychnine and this time it killed him. The American Cancer Association she said published his death and listed his cause of death, was that he died from "cancer".

It's interesting to note that in the early 1900's, Nikola Tesla was in correspondence with Maria Orsic, both of which were born in Croatia. Maria was later receiving anti-gravity craft plans in ancient Sumerian through her mediumship and shared with Tesla their mutual interest in anti-gravity related discoveries and extraterrestrial contacts. The anti-gravity craft which the Vril Society were able to create and the craft that Tesla taught Otis T. Carr how to create an anti-gravity vehicle, which he did in 1959. Walt Disney and Wernher von Braun used television to sell to the public that the use of rocket propulsion is the future for space travel in over coming Earth's gravity. Von Braun worked with Disney Studio as a technical director, making three films about space exploration for television. Otis Carr creates an anti-gravity craft based on Tesla's design which is later shut down by the FBI
Nikola Tesla taught Otis Carr how electromagnetic energy could be freely harnessed from the abundant electrical energy in the atmosphere. Otis Carr set about testing Tesla’s anti-gravity principles in 1937, when he began creating a model spacecraft. In November 1959, Otis Carr successfully patented his design for a full scale civilian spacecraft called the OTC-X1. US Patent # 2,912,244 Ref
Otis Carr described this process as follows:
"We have capacitor plates and electro-magnets as a part of this system. Now this is counter-rotating, the electro-magnets rotate in one direction and the accumulator, the batteries rotate in another. The capacitor plates rotate in conjunction with the battery so that we have a clockwise and counter clockwise rotation. Now the third system is the cabin that maintains the crew. This does not rotate, it is fixed due to the fact the two bodies are rotating clockwise and counter clockwise. Therefore
the system causes the craft to escape from the gravity pull. The craft itself due to this system still has internal gravity because it still has the same weight that it had in the beginning."
Carr’s design would create an entirely new gravitational field inside the craft. This effectively created a zero mass environment inside his craft that would suspend the normal laws of inertia. In March 2006, a largely unknown individual came forward to reveal that he was one of three pilots manning a successful test flight of Carr’s full scale prototype, the OTC-X1. A technician at the time, Ralph Ring claims he was recruited into Carr’s team, which was attempting to build a 45-foot prototype spacecraft after the relocation to California in 1959.Ring’s statement suggests Carr had developed a propulsion system that had similarities to the temporal drive first developed by the Vril Society— which effectively would teleport a Vril spacecraft itself through space-time. It is alleged that Tesla’s ideas were a key part of the U.S. Navy’s 1943 ‘Philadelphia Experiment’, which was successful in teleporting the USS Eldridge through space and time.
FBI shuts down Otis Carr's operation and confiscates all equipment
Two weeks after the successful test of the OTC-X1. He said that Carr's operation was shut down by the FBI and other government agencies in a secret raid involving seven or eight truckloads of armed government personnel. The FBI told Carr that his project was being closed “because of your threat to overthrow the monetary system of the United States of America.”
Ring claims FBI agents confiscated all the equipment, including the OTC-X1 prototype. They debriefed all of Carr’s employees, warned them to remain silent on what had happened, and made Carr sign non-disclosure agreements.
The apparent motive for the government suppression is to protect U.S. industrial interests in the energy sector, which would have been threatened by knowledge of how to draw free electrical energy from the atmosphere. U.S. corporations dominate the energy sector around the planet, and the appearance of “free energy” technologies would wreak havoc on their stock value. This would impact negatively on the entire U.S. economy.

Disclosure Project witnesses testimonial accounts reveal that a Secret Space Program exists
Besides my own testimony, which I gave on May 9th 2001 at the National Press Club in Washington DC regarding craft emerging out of the ocean in US Navy secret classified reports. The other witnesses I joined had much more explosive testimonies. Such as Karl Wolfe in the USAF, who visually witnessed a base on the dark side of the moon. NASA 20 year employee Donna Hare gave testimony of NASA airbrushing out UFOs before releasing them to the public. She also stated that the astronauts were told to keep secret what they experienced on the moon.
Mark McCandlish described in detail an exhibit of alien reproduction vehicles or ARVs for top brass at Norton AFB in 1988. Note that these were not examples of the latest anti-gravity technologies but rather the antiques you could say, that were built decades ago. You can imagine what decades of highly secret compartmentalized research and advancement could achieve that is hidden in present day. Each of us stated at the end of our testimonies that we were willing to testify under oath before congress.

In June 1967 Harvey Williams a military pilot flying a C-47 for the Air Force at 12,000 feet approximately 25 miles South of Provo Utah, takes a photograph of a UFO that looks very similar to the ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicle) design that was described to and later illustrated by Disclosure Witness Mark McCandlish.

When Ben Rich said "Anything you can imagine" this is backed by witnesses that have seen teleportation occur as well as the faster than light speed anti-gravity vehicles. So anything you've seen in science fiction is probably only scratching the surface of what technologies are hidden in these unacknowledged projects which have taken in trillions of dollars for R&D from the 1950's to the present day. That is a lot to imagine that has been hidden!
Bill McDonald, a forensic illustrator for the aerospace industry shared a communication from John Andrews who had told him of claims made by Ben Rich during private communications in which he stated:
That there were two types of UFOs: “the ones we build, and the ones they build.”
"It was Ben Rich's opinion that the public should not be told. He believed they could not handle the truth—ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the ‘international corporate Board of Directors’ dealing with the ‘Subject’ could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off world visitors themselves."

Robert Lazar's first public meeting with researchers regarding his reverse engineering work on an extraterrestrial vehicle at S4 outside of Area 51
In 1993 I traveled to a group meeting with Bob Lazar and John Lear just outside of Area 51 in the tiny town of Rachel, NV. No video recording was allowed at this meeting. Regardless I covertly video recorded the group interview with Bob Lazar talking about his work at the S4 facility reverse engineering an extraterrestrial vehicle for the US Department of Naval Intelligence. This craft originated 37 light years from Earth in the Zeta 2 Reticuli star system. Briefly without going into too much detail, Lazar stated that the craft was using element 115 as a stable nuclear power source of energy, which is converted to electrical energy through a 100% efficient thermoelectric generator to power gravity wave amplifiers which are connected in a delta configuration, that can be directionally focused through wave guides at the bottom of the craft. This highly concentrated focus of gravity waves warps the time/space field around the craft and attaches itself to the warped field and snaps back at the distant point in the space/time matrix that would normally take many light years to travel. It is commonly known in physics that a strong gravitational field will alter the flow of time.
Example of a wormhole with the same concept that the structure of space/time fabric can be warped to go from point A to B without traveling the path of a light ray.Bob Lazar stated that the Element 115 used as the fuel and gravity source in the “Sport Model” Flying Disc was a stable yet unknown element at the time. More than a decade later after Lazar gave his testimony, on February 2, 2004 scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, in collaboration with researchers from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Russia (JINR), announced that they discovered Element 115, and it was stable as Lazar claimed.
Element 115 was added to the periodic table as Unumpentium.

This meeting was done inside the big military tent (apparently furnished by Groom Base....through the effort of the late Travis, owner of the Little A-le-Inn in Rachel, Nevada). It was a historic event which Gary Schultz and Norio Hayakawa sponsored.
Everyone at this event was told that no video or audio recordings would be allowed. I was sitting in the front row with my camcorder sitting on my lap supposedly turned off. I felt Bob Lazar's testimony was just too important to not be archived for future review, so I personally clandestinely recorded the following video of this historic event. Ref

Interestingly enough Dr. Greer acquired the below classified memo regarding a prior similar meeting sponsored by the same group 2 years earlier in 1991 which brought attention to the Area 51 base and the NRO classified advisory about the meeting to the groom lake base with a distribution to MAJI OPS and COSMIC OPS. These operations deal exclusively with the extraterrestrial issue. I'm sure they were watching us closely in 1993 as well. This NRO document would be presented by Dr. Greer to Vice Admiral Tom Wilson in 1997, when Wilson was J-2; head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Authenticating the existence of these Unacknowledged Operations, yet the admiral was denied access.

Bob Lazar’s background has been difficult to verify. His hospital birth records, college manuscripts and employment evidence had all been erased and there is no evidence of him working at the Los Alamos National Laboratories. However, his name appeared in a telephone directory of Los Alamos scientists and a picture of him appeared in the July 1982 edition of the Los Alamos Monitor, showing a picture of Bob standing by a jet car and referring to his employment as a scientist with Los Alamos. MJ-12 member Dr. Edward Tiller was the person responsible for Lazar's employment at the S-4 facility.
This is referred to in the intelligence world as “sheep dipping,” and is a standard security procedure for personnel in highly classified programs. A good example is the Bob Lazar case, where his employment record at Los Alamos National Laboratory was removed as a security measure for his more highly classified work at the Area 51 facility. Investigative reporter George Knapp was finally able to prove Lazar had worked at Los Alamos by finding his name in the Los Alamos phone book listing scientists who were employed at the facility. The Extraterrestrial Presence at the S-4 Facility for an Exchange ProgramThe Zeta Reticuli Greys were given a portion of the base to conduct their own research, in exchange for our government to receive hardware, fuel, materials and training. In the mid 1970s, a conflict occurred between the hosts and the greys which resulted in the death of over forty personnel and the killing of the scientist the aliens were teaching. They abandoned the site, leaving behind nine spacecraft and a promise to return.
Lazar said: "There was a book that was almost like a history of the development of the human race. It was written from a different point of view. I don’t think that particular thing had a title to it. But that’s where we were referred to as ‘containers.’ Any time the word ‘human’ came up, it was always replaced with the word ‘containers.’ Earth was referred to as Sol 3 instead of earth. It was a strangely written report.”

The body of William Colby the 10th CIA director was found floating face down in the Potomac River and his death was labeled as an accidental drowning. Dr. Steven Greer, and former Apollo Astronaut, Dr. Edgar Mitchell, have described an interview they had with Vice Admiral Tom Wilson in 1997, when Wilson was J-2; head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. When advised of various SAPs involving possible extraterrestrial technology, Wilson was denied access to these, by attorneys representing corporate contractors, since he did not have a “need to know”.

A World Disclosure Event happens at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. Out of the 450 witnesses 21 were willing to state that they would testify under oath before congress in front of the 22 cameras of the major networks of the world. The fact that each witness stated at the end of their testimony that they were willing to testify under oath before congress means that there are severe penalties for perjury for lying under oath, but each witness including myself were willing to take that oath and make that statement to the media of the world.
This two-hour event was the most watched live press event in the history of the National Press Club. The event was briefly reported on CNN, BBC, CBS, Fox and many other outlets. The first hour was electronically jammed from outside the press club. Someone didn’t want the public to hear what was being disclosed.

The System of Technology Suppression within the Patent Office
Myself, being self educated in conventional and unconventional sciences, I was the only technical advisor who did not have a doctorate in science as the other advisors to join Dr Steven Greer's Advanced Energy Research Organization. For years, I traveled around the planet meeting with various scientists and inventors and attempted to validate technologies with CTO Professor Ted Loder working with CEO Dr. Steven Greer. What I found was the same control elements within the National Security apparatus which maintains UFO secrecy, also control the release of any technologies that threaten the status quo. Some of the energy inventors had their laboratory cleaned out by swap-like teams, others have been threatened and even murdered. Many we met received "National Security Orders" issued from the U.S. Patent Office (Actual Example) when they filed for a patent on their invention, stating that it conflicted with “National Security interests” (i.e. oil, nuclear etc. I’m assuming). This order does not allow the scientist/inventor to share anything about their invention with anyone. We know that over 5,100 patents in this manner have been suppressed from the public, not allowing the world to benefit from these brilliant breakthroughs made by great minds on this planet.
According to the Institute for New Energy, as of 1997, “the U.S. Patent Office has classified over 3,000 patent devices or applications under the secrecy order, Title 35, U.S. Code (1952) Sections 181-188.” The Federation of American Scientists revealed that by the end of Fiscal Year 2010, this number had ballooned to 5,135 inventions—and included “review and possible restriction” on any solar cell with greater than twenty percent efficiency, or any power system that is more than seventy to eighty percent efficient at converting energy.
Under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, patent applications on new inventions can be subject to SECRECY ORDERS restricting their publication if government agencies believe that disclosure would be “detrimental to the national security.” Ref

Working with civilian inventors and scientists to bring out an energy solution
After more than a decade of meeting with various inventors in an attempt to bring a viable alternative energy solution to allow people to be independent and self reliant, I have to say that although this is a real possibility, as I have seen exotic technologies work, the problem is a number of factors work against this from happening. Such as the suppressive government elements mentioned, along with the personalities of the inventors/scientists themselves, both of which seem to continually sabotage this from being realized.
In regards to the inventors themselves, of which I've met quite a few, sadly it appears that besides there being an energy shortage, there also apparently exists an integrity shortage within this alternative energy field. The exotic nature of the operating principles in which these outside-of-the-box energy devices operate, are principles that cannot be understood solely through your traditional physics and electronics taught in the education system. This unknown factor can also be exploited to create deceptions ether intentional or just plain delusional by some of these inventors themselves, who can not often deliver what they claim. That is not to say there is not viable break-through technologies by credible individuals out there, but in my experience these are few. These technologies do not violate the laws of physics, but rather expand upon these laws in understanding ways to tap the processes in nature that we are still learning about. As there is no such thing as "free energy", in other words, something from nothing, but there are methods being discovered to tap and "convert" the vast abundance of energy all around us. This understanding is obviously not taught in the school text books.

How it began...
I asked Rebecca (my future wife) to join me in a little adventure trip to travel in a Airstream motorhome from Oregon to the International Gem and Mineral Show in Tucson Arizona to acquire a quartz crystal sphere.

"I think the professor needs my help"I've been listening to the radio and heard that Dr Steven Greer had identified an inventor in the Dominican Republic who created an energy device producing power many times over unity.
One night sleeping in the motorhome in Arizona, I kept thinking about this energy device and felt compelled to sit up and say to Rebecca "I think the professor needs my help". Rebecca half awake was getting flashes of the professor on the TV show 'Gilligan's Island', since I never mentioned Professor Ted Loder to her before. I then explained to her that Professor Loder was working with Dr Steven Greer to bring forth an energy device from this inventor.
Being the situation that Professor Loder was a teaching professor of earth sciences at the University of New Hampshire and that Dr. Greer was a retired emergency room physician, both having little knowledge on electronic circuits to be able to schematic and reproduce this energy device, it only made sense that I should help them since I had an extensive background in electronic systems working for the Naval Electronic Systems Engineering Center in San Diego for 13 years as well as researching 'out-of-the box' technologies, such as those that I joined Dr Marcel Vogel in his laboratory researching.
I called Professor Loder and he very much agreed that my technical background in electronics would be extremely helpful in bringing this technology out to the world.
So we left the motorhome parked at a friends house in Arizona and Dr Greer had Rebecca and I fly out to Virginia.
Dr Greer rented an apartment down the street from Thomas Jefferson's Monticello which was to be used as a make shift lab to validate these technologies. The apartment was completely unfurnished and so Dr Greer brought over a few folding tables and wicker couch. We went out and got an inflatable bed and this is where we stayed for several months meeting with scientists and vetting their technology claims.

The first major project to work on, was to vet and reproduce the energy device that was down in the Dominican Republic. Professor Loder and Dr Greer originally flew down to the Dominican Republic to measure the device. Dr Greer said he didn't want to see any batteries connected to the device. So what the inventor did was to create what is called an 'Earth Battery' using rods in the ground connected to capacitors in the front yard of his apartment. The output of the Earth Battery was measured to be only around 1 watt that was powering the device which was powering almost 500 watts of loads connected. The loads were 300W and 100W light bulbs, an electric fan and a radio boom blaster playing Caribbean music.
"If this works, you're dead"
So professor Loder and I get on a flight and arrive in the Dominican Republic for the purpose of blueprinting and drawing out a detailed schematic of the device so it can be reproduced. There is just one major problem.When we met with the inventor, he said before we arrived that two CIA agents appeared at his door and told him that "If this works, you're dead"
So the device that was previously measured was completely disassembled! The inventor didn't want to risk his life and told us, don't worry I have another type of device I can show you.
So after a great amount of running around in this foreign country attempting to assemble all the electronic and other components of this 'new device' we finally have it operational.My job was drawing out the schematic and component list and detailed instructions which would be sent via various carriers such as DHL, Fed Ex, UPS etc. so that in the event the professor and I get whacked on the way back, someone will still be able to reproduce the device.
So a little drama ensues while I am drawing out the schematic and instructions. The inventor is a French Canadian which the Hell's Angels in Quebec Canada knew of this inventor talents and wanted the energy device for their marijuana operations in Canada to power their growing lights so they could operate off the grid and stay undetected by the authorities. So one of the Angel's shows up on his Harley with a girl on the back.He shows the inventor an attache case with a lot of money to buy the energy device from him. The inventor refuses, and the Angel speaks to him in French saying "well we'll have to kill you then for it" and the inventor responds with "No, I'll kill you first"
The situation is getting ugly quick. The Angel then turns and leaves saying "I'll be back, and we'll kill you and your friend over there" pointing to me. I ask the inventor does he have any weapons we can defend ourselves with? He says don't worry.
Meanwhile, the professor is missing all the excitement and is off somewhere giving a report to Dr Greer on his cell phone.Professor returns and we update him on the situation. The inventor invites us to go to a Chinese restaurant. Turns out this is where the head mafioso kind of guy who runs everything hangs out. The place looked like out of a Hollywood movie set where everyone had weapons such as UZIs and AK47s.
The inventor explains to the head guy the Hell's Angels situation. It turns out that the inventor previously put an energy device onboard his yacht and so they were good friends. He says to the inventor "no problem, we'll take care of it"
Apparently this group had a reputation and was greatly feared by the Hell's Angels, and in a matter of hours the Hell's Angel came back to the inventors place and apologized to us for the "misunderstanding".
The inventor, myself and the professor in the Dominican RepublicSo this new energy device, the way it was configured, we were not able to adequately confirm it's viability due to the battery banks connected with it. The professor wanted to bring back the motor unit that was connected to a bank of batteries and apparently a miscommunication happened between him and Dr Greer, who would preferred not to bring back anything that was not totally verified. Never-the-less we brought that component back and I was able to wire it up using components from electronic stores in Virginia, but it was never able to perform as the one device that was originally disassembled.
In an attempt working off of photos and diagrams, in our apartment/make-shift lab we attempted to recreate that first device.

Sadly, he was found dead in his car at the airport parking lot before flying to Europe to patent his little device the size of a shoe box that was producing around 140 watts of power from the environment.
Professor Loder and I met with Professor Tom Bearden who is a legend in advanced over unity concepts. He was creating a device called the "MEG" which stood for Motionless Electromagnetic Generator
Another legend in over unity devices was John Bedini who I worked with for many years created a number of devices. I traveled the long trip from Oregon to his lab in Hayden Idaho numerous times
Sadly, John and his brother Gary Bedini mysteriously died together on the same day
Bedini studied all of Nikola Tesla's patents and created a number of patents himself, of which I carefully studied all of them.
The interesting aspect of these other forms of energy, is that they don't follow the normal rules of physics that are taught.
Such as when putting a load on the device, the device generates more power. Small wires conduct large amounts of power that would normally require larger wires. As more power from a load is drawn, the wires get colder rather than warmer.
Here on Bedini's oscilloscope we are watching the energy pulses move forward in time as is normally displayed on a scope. But here you see in the darker pulses at the same time moving backwards in time.
It's almost like they are tapping into this other mirror world where everything is in reverse to our known laws of physics

Dr Greer had identified a military man who gave us the design for a anti-matter type energy device.
After ordering a number of exotic parts and working with a local machine shop the device was ready to be activated and tested
Because of the nature of the radiant signal this device would emit which the NRO satellites could detect, we rented a temporary hotel room which the three of us activated it.

In Conclusion
In this brief overview, I am leaving out an enormous amount of detail and several other inventors and scientists that I worked with. Note that everything listed here is not in exact chronological order.After so much intense effort over so many years to bring out an energy solution, the only thing that kept me persevering was that I found it incredibly hard to believe that of the dozens of scientists and inventors that I met with, that anyone would go to that much trouble to deceive what they claim. Never the less, it appears that some of these people were in fact delusional or had other integrity issues. Sadly, the real solutions brought about by some were suppressed by either threats to their life, National Security Orders or outright murder. Apparently at this stage of my understanding of the global control mechanisms in place, I was apparently naive to think a solution could be brought out to serve the people of our planet.
This venture that started in 2003 continued off an on for over 10 years until 2014, at which point I completely surrendered the idea of attempting to bring an alternative energy solution out to a world with so many elements that are working against that from being realized. Today I full realize that these solutions will only be allowed to help humanity once the deep state controlling elements are removed first.
Heading Home
On one segment of our long journey of attempting to bring out an energy solution, we returned to our friends place in Arizona where our Airstream motorhome has been parked for quite awhile.
My friend in Arizona had a business in the 1990s and hired my internet services to promote his product. I figured out the search engine algorithms in those early internet days and made him very wealthily in the process
He happened to have a helicopter in the backyard of his rather large Arizona estate. There was one more inventor to vet who was located in Sedona Arizona, so he flew Rebecca and I to Sedona to meet with this inventor

Considering I haven't even begin to scratch the surface of all the inventors, stories and drama that Rebecca and I experienced. I realized that anyone as a potential mate who could persevere through all of that must be my future wife.Rebecca was amazingly supportive in all we went through because she sincerely felt that we were on quest to do something good for humanity.
At the Sedona airport there is a spot known as airport "vortex", and it is at this spot I asked Rebecca to marry me.
So we returned after that little adventure to our peaceful, quiet off the grid mountain top home in Oregon
