Warren Commission conspiracy investigation headed by none other than Allen Dulles
The newly appointed President Lyndon Johnson appointed Allen Dulles to the position (1 of 7) of the Warren Commission to decide if Kennedy's assassination was a conspiracy or not.   The very man fired by Kennedy was assigned to prove if there was a conspiracy behind his murder.  Allen Dulles' advice to the members of the Warren Commission was that CIA operatives consider it their patriotic duty to lie under oath if necessary to protect "Company" secrets. The commission made of Scottish Rite 33°freemasons heading the investigation -- including Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren (33° Freemason), Commission spokesman, Gerald Ford (33° Freemason) who purposely misrepresented the placement of the bullet wound obfuscating the investigation, and former CIA director Allen Dulles (33° Freemason).

Lee Harvey Oswald a previous CIA asset being a soviet defector implicated a threat from Russia.

In 2013 declassified documents shows evidence given by CIA historian David Robarge, that the CIA were in communication with alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald before JFK’s murder in 1963, and they were monitoring his mail since 1959. John McCone (Knight of Malta) the DCI who replaced Allen Dulles after firing him, as well as other senior CIA officials were accused of withholding ‘incendiary’ information from the commission and therefore perverting the course of justice. The CIA has admitted this. Ref

James Angleton and the CIA argued through Allen Dulles that Oswald’s involvement directly implicated the USSR, and that a thorough investigation was too dangerous, possibly risked nuclear war. They concluded that no conspiracy had happened. 

A later investigation by the House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded that the JFK assassination was probably the result of a conspiracy.

Psychological soft disclosure from US Navy Intelligence which led to creation of Star Trek

 

The creator of the Outer Limits TV series was Leslie Stevens IV. In 1942, at age 18, he joined the Army Air Force and became an intelligence officer. As an intelligence officer, his playwriting skills would have suited him to psychological warfare operations. Consequently, during his military intelligence service, Stevens very likely learned about the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit, set up by Army G2 to investigate the flying saucer phenomenon. Psychological warfare was a significant component of the Unit’s work in “hiding the truth” about the phenomenon from the general public while seriously investigating it.

What is significant is the fact that Stevens’ father was Navy Vice Admiral Leslie Stevens III. Joint Chiefs of Staff; Director, Psychological Strategy Board from September 1949, who was a contemporary of Rear Admiral Rico Botta. Admiral Stevens’ aeronautics expertise meant that he was almost certainly aware of what Botta had learned about Nazi aerospace projects beginning in early 1942, after the Los Angeles Air Raid incident.

According to William Tompkins, Admiral Stevens was indeed made aware of what the Navy had learned about Nazi Germany’s flying saucer programs.

In order to seed into the public's mind concepts and expanded ideas at that time that reached the "outer limits" of imagination in science fiction. Stevens IV was most certainly part of a Navy sanctioned “soft disclosure” initiative, which strategically used the television/movie industry to reveal elements elements of the Navy’s planned secret space program. This would be part of a bigger psychological warfare process that both prepared the public by hiding the truth in plain sight, while also enabling a means of ridicule for those revealing details of the Navy’s secret space program without authorization.

The method of hiding the truth in plain sight would lead to movie and television producers being given partial briefings of classified programs, which would be used for creating new productions. This “soft disclosure” process served the simultaneous goals of creating a means to debunk UFO researchers by critics asserting that their claims were based on popular movies/television series, and also secretly preparing the general public for the truth in case of some extraterrestrial event occurred that forced disclosure.

Evidence indicates that Navy Vice Admiral Leslie Stevens III shared his knowledge of this hidden non-fictional reality with his son Leslie Stevens IV about the 29 Navy spies in the program that had learned not only that the Nazis had developed up to 30 different flying saucer prototypes, but were also being directly assisted by an extraterrestrial civilization comprising Reptilian hominoids in building bases in Antarctica for future space battle fleets. His own military intelligence service would have made him very familiar with psychological warfare practices in creating these television and movie scripts and to sow elements of the truth into these scripts based on the concepts known from Naval Intelligence from his father. 1964 - A Multinational Colony within Mars is established by American and Soviet teamwork.

We have a space fleet, which is codenamed “Solar Warden.” There were, as of 2005, eight ships, an equivalent to aircraft carriers and forty-three “protectors,” which are space planes. One was lost recently to an accident in Mars' orbit while it was attempting to re-supply the multinational colony within Mars. This base was established in 1964 by American and Soviet teamwork. 1964 APR 24 - Policeman witnesses Egg-Shaped craft that landed in Socorro, New Mexico

In late afternoon on Friday, April 24, 1964, Socorro Police Sergeant Lonnie Zamora departed his cruiser on a rough and rocky dirt road to investigate an unidentified flying object which came to rest in an arroyo south of Socorro. What Sergeant Zamora witnessed at approximately 5:45 p.m. was an “egg shaped craft” traveling into Socorro from the south. It was later reported and documented as having been witnessed (in flight) by 5 tourists traveling through Socorro. Zamora approached the area where he believed the craft had landed. Zamora later stated that he had first seen the object from about 150 yards and believed it to be a car or some sort of vehicle in need of assistance. Zamora then radioed the Sheriff’s Office about a possible accident he would be investigating. At about 50 feet from the object, Zamora noted seeing landing gear and a red insignia which he later drew for authorities. Zamora then noted bright blue flames and another loud roar until ultimately the object began lifting away from its resting place. Following the incident, many local residents visited the sight and witnessed not only burned bushes but also landing gear depressions in the ground. Ref Ref Ref

 

Vietnam War

1964 AUG 2 - Gulf of Tonkin False Flag event starts involvement in Vietnam War
Indications show this was a false flag event for war involvement in which over 58,000 US military died, mostly young guys and over 1.6 million Vietnamese died. A captain friend of mine said he personally witnessed a lot of drugs being air lifted out of Vietnam. Fortunately I got out of there alive in 1970 stationed on a river boat repair ship on Mekong Delta handling communications in a heavily Viet Cong occupied combat zone in the US Navy. My older brother served in 1954 in the USAF in Germany, and our father had a military career serving in USMC for 27 years during WWII and the Korean war, where he was stationed in Peiping, China and was awarded by President Truman in 1948 a Presidential award for taking the parts of 28 destroyed shot down helicopters and making 14 fully operational helicopters out of them for the war effort. Seems every generation has a created war to deal with.

As USMC Major General Smedley D. Butler stated in his book "War is a Racket", he says "A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people."

The justification to the majority of people to send our military men off to war is many times not what it seems to be to the majority of the people that are influenced through the mainstream media, who accept the official story of justification and therefore give their consent to our government to go off to these wars.

According to Henry Kissinger - National Security Advisor (33° Freemason) -- “Military men are just dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.”

These "foreign policies" are many times not, just as General Butler stated, what they seem, as we see portrayed in the mainstream media. With so much evidence of manipulated false flag events being revealed, which can secretly be used as a tool to secure corporate financial interests abroad.

I have the utmost respect for our military being raised in a military family. They should never be used as Kissinger stated, used simply as "pawns" nor are they "dumb and stupid". They are intelligent honorable individuals, who have given in trust, a sworn oath to defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic, in order to protect the liberties and freedoms of it's citizens at home. For if these men and women of the military who we trust, were ever knowingly manipulated falsely, based on manipulated situations that are based on a lie, it would be the greatest insult and injustice to these brave honorable men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our country. This must never be allowed to happen. As President Eisenhower warned, that only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can protect our security and liberties in the future, and this goes for our military under the UCMJ rules as well, to stay vigilantly alert and knowledgeable and to never be used illegitimately as a pawn to serve interests, other than what they took a sworn oath to protect. That oath we gave obligates us to protect our country against either a foreign enemy or an infiltrated domestic enemy, that is serving interests contrary to protecting rights, liberty and freedoms granted by the constitution of the United States.

Robert McNamara (33° Freemason) the Defense Secretary apparently believed that other than birth control, ongoing wars, disease and famine were essential for population control and was quoted saying:

"There are only two possible ways in which a world of 10 billion people can be averted. Either the current birth rates must come down more quickly. Or the current death rates must go up. There is no other way. There are, of course, many ways in which the death rates can go up. In a thermonuclear age, war can accomplish it very quickly and decisively. Famine and disease are nature’s ancient checks on population growth, and neither one has disappeared from the scene.... To put it simply: Excessive population growth is the greatest single obstacle to the economic and social advancement of most of the societies in the developing world."

On a personal note, I find this mentality regarding population control seems to be echoed amongst the cabal members. If population numbers are such a concern, it would seem that efforts directed to controlling the birth rates would be far more humane, than causing death with the suffering and trauma of ongoing wars and the poisoning of the population as well as the planet, and or the creation of famine and disease where people slowly die of sicknesses and starvation. It is almost as though that solution is not preferable to this group in regards to population control. Could it simply be profit motivated by the corporations of the industrial military complex war machine and pharmaceutical industries as well as having more consumers to buy more stuff? or are their other factors involved to maintain geopolitical control over the planet. In any case, life on this planet could be much better managed to support a better experience for all people without these deceptive manipulating elements interfering with our lives on this beautiful planet. As Eisenhower stated that the control was "not going to be in the best of hands" and so it appears he was understated and correct.

 

1965 - Base discovered on dark side of the moon - Sergeant Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force with a top-secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at a NSA facility he witnessed photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed clearly detailed artificial structures of domes, mushroom shaped buildings and towers. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969. He said "I remember going home and naively thinking that I can't wait to hear about this on the evening news, and here it is more than 30 years later, and I hope to hear about it tonight" he said at the 2001 National Press Club and here it is more than 44 years later now and nobody still knows about this on the evening news. At the National Press Club he stated he was willing to testify under oath before congress regarding his testimony.

Could it be that these structures were extraterrestrial in nature or could they be part of a secret space program from earth, colonizing both the moon and the planet mars with these advanced technologies within this breakaway civilization? It would seem to be entirely possible. All the while NASA is planning to use obsolete rocket technology to go to the moon as our state-of-the-art "official space program" that is portrayed to the American public. With so much air-brushing out of structures and UFOs from NASA and the original Apollo moon footage missing you can see why they call NASA (Never A Straight Answer)

 

1965 JUL - Project Serpo - A Zeta Reticuli Exhange Program for 12 Earth Astronauts

The account of this story is that the lone survivor of the Roswell crash in 1947 was instrumental in organizing a super secret Government program entitled Project Serpo. Military personnel learned that the survivor was a member of a race known as the Eben. The Eben lived on a world they called Serpo, which is located within the Zeta Reticuli star system. This Eben continued to work as an intermediary for both the US Military and Eben people until its passing in 1952. Dialogues between worlds continued for another decade until a meeting was scheduled to take place in Alamogordo, New Mexico, in April 1964. In July 1965 a dozen military specialists were carefully selected to participate in this exchange and tasked to gather as much intelligence about the Eben people as was possible. 1966 AUG 9 - Condon Committee further supports denying the UFO/ET reality to the public
The Condon Committee USAF commissioned Dr. Edward Condon for a scientific report to the science community regarding the UFO phenomenon. The project’s coordinator, Robert Low, was caught privately focusing on debunking in a memo in organizing the supposedly objective investigation.

In a memorandum dated August 9, 1966, Low had written, in part, “Our study would be conducted almost entirely by non-believers who, though they couldn’t possibly prove a negative result, could and probably would add an impressive body of thick evidence that there is no reality to the observations. The trick would be, I think, to describe the project so that, to the public, it would appear a totally objective study but, to the scientific community, would present the image of a group of non-believers trying their best to be objective but having an almost zero expectation of finding a saucer.”

 

1967 MAR 16 - UFO shuts down multiple ICBMs - the Incident at Malstrom Force Base, Montana occurred involving the shutdown of 10 ICBM Minuteman nuclear missiles by a red glowing UFO.  Disclosure witness Captain Robert Salas a nuclear launch officer testified about this event and brought supporting documentation from the USAF OSI.  Once again ETs could have destroyed the facilities, but instead show a concern about our operational nuclear weapons. 1967 APR 1 - In a Secret CIA psyops dispatch the Label "Conspiracy Theorists" is used to discredit anyone who challenges the "Official" narrative.
This dispatch states "The aim of this dispatch is to provide material for countering and discrediting the claims of the conspiracy theorists." The CIA Document #1035-960 dispatch was marked “psych” – short for “Psychological Operations” or disinformation – and “CS” for the CIA’s “Clandestine Services” unit. It instructed agents to contact their media contacts and disparage those originally criticizing the Warren Commission findings and label them as "Conspiracy Theorists". The document reveals that this term has been deliberately given associations of craziness, as though conspiracies do not happen.

The document stated: “Our ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are…
(I) wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in
(II) politically interested,
(III) financially interested,
(IV) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or
(V) infatuated with their own theories.”

Contrary to the above CIA psyops dispatch regarding Lee Harvey Oswald, a March 3, 1964 Confidential Memo to Mr. James J. Rowley Chief U.S. Secret Service from DCI John McCone (Knight of Malta) states that Lee Harvey Oswald was indeed trained by the intelligence agency and worked for them.

The CIA trained Lee Harvey Oswald under the cover of the Office of Naval Intelligence for Soviet assignments. During the Warren Commission, James Angleton (Knight of Malta) and the CIA argued through Allen Dulles (Knight of Malta) that Oswald’s involvement directly implicated the Soviets due to this connection, and that a thorough investigation was too dangerous, possibly risked nuclear war. Bush (Knight of Malta) it is revealed that the Warren Commission was falsely fabricated and that Lee Harvey Oswald was set up to be the patsy as Oswald claimed he was.

1967 JUN - Military pilot photographs a UFO that looks similar to the ARV design

In June 1967 Harvey Williams a military pilot flying a C-47 for the Air Force at 12,000 feet approximately 25 miles South of Provo Utah, takes a photograph of a UFO that looks very similar to the ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicle) design that was described to and later illustrated by Disclosure Witness Mark McCandlish.

 

1967 NOV 20 - Report from Iron Mountain is leaked

A leaked document that was published in 1967 titled "Report From Iron Mountain: On the Possibility & Desirability of Peace"
U.S. News & World Report claimed to have confirmation of the reality of the report from an unnamed government official, who added that when President Lyndon B. Johnson (33° Freemason) read the report, he 'hit the roof' and ordered it to be SUPPRESSED for all time. The report concludes that war, or a credible substitute for war, is necessary if governments are to maintain power. In other words the need to continually create on-going enemies through false flag events to perpetuate war on this planet.

Whether this 1967 report is authentic or not, a unsettling reference is made to the deliberate poisoning of our environment that appears to offer this group "a solution". Especially today when you look at today's poisoned environment by GMOs, oil spills, fracking, leaking nuclear plants, chemtrails etc.

The TV series Star Trek boldly seeds the public’s imagination about space and extraterrestrials where no one has gone before. Gene Roddenberry, the creator of Star Trek was a (33° Freemason).

The Star Trek series was in fact an outgrowth of The Outer Limits, as Gene Roddenberry and Leslie Stevens IV who provided the basic script had reached a business arrangement for the planned sci-fi series. Gene Roddenberry was camped out with Stevens and The Outer Limits team for a whole year. Leslie Stevens was encouraged to create the series based on classified information surrounding the development of a secret US Navy space fleet that was allied with a group of human-looking extraterrestrials. This laid the foundation for Roddenberry to conceive the idea of a United Federation of Planets in which many worlds cooperated peacefully. In the Star Trek series, the Nordics were depicted as Vulcans, the Reptilians as Klingons, while the Nazis were represented as genetically enhanced humans.

1968 Media - 2001 a Space Odyssey

A milestone film by Stanley Kubrick. In the movie humanity finds a mysterious, obviously artificial, object buried beneath the Lunar surface.

The stage for ‘2001’ with all those lunar sets was filmed in 1968 directly before the Moon landing in 1969. Researcher Jay Weidner spent 15 years investigating into the strange death of Stanley Kubrick. Weidner believes we did go to the moon, but what we viewed back on Earth was completely staged video feed utilizing Kubrick's lunar movie set. The show was for our benefit only. Governments could never tell the general public what was really found on the Moon. Which he believed were ancient ruins and the surface was crawling with extraterrestrials and had to be sanitized from the public view back on Earth. Ref

And I think that Kubrick was completely aware of the German involvement in the flying saucer programs that we started to comp in White Sands and also the alien contact that was going on at the time, and so we have [William] Tompkins who confirms that in the fifties he was working designing spaceships that were miles-long. And this is the reason why they picked Stanley Kubrick as a back-up, but also they could never dare to ever to ever how the early astronauts were, the kind of equipment they had, how advanced they were, that aliens were helping them, none of this stuff could be announced—so they just had Kubrick make it and he faked it as best he could, now we realize it was not a very good fake-out. Was the moon landing studio footage created by Kubrick made beforehand in case they didn't want the world to see the ET craft on the moon?

So let's just say hypothetically, that if NASA became aware of the extraterrestrial presence on the moon beforehand with the lunar images that came back from the lunar orbiter project showing a base on the other side of the moon, and that they did not wish to disclose this information to the public. Wouldn't it make sense to have a video specially produced in which they could substitute in for the live lunar landing video feed, just in case the ETs on the moon unpredictably made themselves visible to the millions of television screens of the people back on Earth?

Amateur Radio operators on Earth listening in on NASA lunar transmission signals directly from the moon bypassing NASA

According to Otto Binder, who was a member of the NASA space team, when the two moon-walkers, Aldrin and Armstrong were making their rounds some distance from the lunar module, Armstrong clutched Aldrin's arm excitedly and transmitted the above transmission.

Being an amateur radio operator myself since 1964, this would dispute the theories that only a video was created and that the astronauts did not go to the moon and stayed only in earth orbit and returned. This is because they were transmitting from the moon surface on the 2270 megahertz range in the S-band and the signal was being received on highly directional antennas back on earth that had to be continually pointed at the moon to track it's position in order to maintain the signal. Therefore the Apollo radio transmissions would have to be originating from the surface of the moon.

This 1969 radio transmission from the moon's surface was also verified by a Ham Radio operator friend of mine Benjamin Lonetree, who was at a MARS radio station that day, saying...

"I sat at my neighbors house who was a Ham Radio operator. He was affiliated with what is called MARS. Military Amateur Radio Service. He had government radio equipment and antenna systems pointed at the moon. We listened to communication directly between the astronauts and NASA. Not through TV or the news media. And what you wrote is spot on. I was there. People need to stop feeding the BS we didn't go. We did. And we were told to leave."

Note that Benjamin was referring to reading this website and he meant to say "Military Auxiliary Radio System". I was also a MARS station in the 1960s with the Navy assigned call sign N0IPH and handled traffic for the US Navy.
MARS provides a source of trained operators having a potential for emergency communications in support of the military services. Basically, Navy MARS was established to train amateur radio operators in Navy communication procedures. The Army and Air Force each have their MARS, and with the Navy now form a tri-service MARS. The operators maintain an affiliation with the service of their choice and provide a backlog of competent personnel for use in local disasters or a general emergency. Navy MARS operators ordinarily operate from their own amateur stations using Navy-assigned calls. They handle personal or semiofficial message traffic of a morale nature that does not qualify for regular transmission over Navy circuits. Ref Ref

At the time of the Apollo Moon landing, Tompkins was working for TRW between 1967-1971. TRW was responsible for a range of critical components used in Apollo spacecraft. TRW personnel received the same telemetry viewed at the Launch Operations Center/Kennedy Space Center for Apollo Moon missions. As a TRW employee, there is no reason to doubt Tompkins’ account of being physically present among a large contingent of staff at TRW’s Redondo Beach “Space Park” headquarters to witness the Moon landing.

During the Apollo 11 Moon landing in July 1969, Tompkins states that television cameras from the Apollo Lander provided a live feed of what was being witnessed by Armstrong and Aldrin. Tompkins stated that Armstrong and Aldrin were met by a fleet of extraterrestrial spaceships that were ominously close to the Apollo Lunar Lander: The Landing Module (LEM) actually impacted the Moon surface in the Sea of Tranquility Crater, which had tremendous size vehicles parked around part of its rim. When astronaut Neil Armstrong made that First Step for Man on the Moon he looked up to the edge of the crater and said to mission control: “There are other ships here, they are enormous." The public did not hear that statement or see the massive alien starships. Armstrong panned his camera in a 360 degree motional all around the crater and the CIA then classified the information as way above top secret.

Tompkins says an alien voice was clearly heard over the Apollo 11 radio transmission: “Finish a total of six of your Apollo missions; take your photos, pick up some rocks, go home, and don’t come back.” How this threatening action by one or more extraterrestrial groups effectively put an end to the Apollo program, as well as the Navy’s covert Nova program for manned Moon bases, is described by Tompkins this way: “The NO TRESPASSING sign went up. With the program over, everybody went home, and nearly all 400,000 NASA and contractor employees got the pink slip.”

What Tompkins clearly outlines he saw happen via the NASA live feed of the Moon landing is consistent with HAM radio intercepts of the live feed, and the claims of former NASA employee Otto Bender. According to Bender, the Apollo 11 astronauts transmitted that they were being watched by large alien vehicles. Bender confirmed that HAM radio operators had indeed intercepted VHF signals transmitted from Apollo 11 to NASA’s Houston headquarters with the following message, which NASA screened from the public:

CIA Newspaper Tabloid claims the extreme absurd conclusion as a diversion in order to hide the full truth

The tabloid publication Weekly World News whose owner Generoso Pope Jr. was trained at the psychological warfare section of the CIA to disseminate discrediting stories, provides a distortion of part of the truth in order to hide the deeper full truth of the Apollo landing event. Stanley Kubrick's movie set production may have been needed to substitute studio production for the live feed to prevent the people on earth to see what Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were witnessing with their live cameras. The apparently produced studio footage had numerous discrepancies pointed out by researchers of the Apollo film. By diverting the public's attention away from the real secret regarding the alien presence on the moon, by saying in the headlines that the entire "Moon Landing was a Hoax" in order to fool the world with a $30 billion movie, the psychological effect to the millions of shoppers in the grocery store checkout stand reading this, their likely response would be "preposterous garbage!". Thus effectively associating any conspiracy theorists that claim inconsistencies with this tabloid newspaper's claim that the entire moon landing was a hoax, therefore shunning any further investigation.

"Some people believe that the Apollo moon landings were a hoax because astronauts would have been instantly killed in the radiation belts. According to the US Occupation Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) a lethal radiation dosage is 300 Rads in one hour. What is your answer to the 'moon landing hoax' believers?

According to radiation dosimeters carried by Apollo astronauts, their total dosage for the entire trip to the moon and return was not more than 2 Rads over 6 days.

The total dosage for the trip is only 11.4 Rads in 52.8 minutes. Because 52.8 minutes is equal to 0.88 hours, his is equal to a dosage of 11.4 Rads / 0.88 hours = 13 Rads in one hour, which is well below the 300 Rads in one hour that is considered to be lethal.

Also, this radiation exposure would be for an astronaut outside the spacecraft during the transit through the belts. The radiation shielding inside the spacecraft cuts down" the 13 Rads/hour exposure so that it is completely harmless.

Armstrong: It was incredible, of course we had always known there was a possibility - the fact is, we were warned off! There was never any question then of a space station or a moon city.
Professor: How do you mean "warned off"?
Armstrong: I can't go into details, except to say that their ships were far superior to ours both in size and technology - Boy, were they big!...and menacing! No, there is no question of a space station.
Professor: But NASA had other missions after Apollo 11?
Armstrong: Naturally - NASA was committed at that time, and couldn't risk panic on Earth. But it really was a quick scoop and back again.

Fearing for his wellbeing, Armstrong refused to go in further details, except to confirm that the CIA were behind an extensive cover-up campaign regarding the US space program and consequent encounters with UFOs.

In 1979, former chief of NASA Communications, Maurice Chatelain, confirmed that Armstrong and Aldrin had encountered UFOs on the Moon. To this day Chatelain vehemently protests the truth of their accounts. In his 1975 book, Our Cosmic Ancestors, Chatelain wrote: Only moments before Armstrong stepped down the ladder to set foot on the Moon, two UFOs hovered overhead. I remember going home and naively thinking I can't wait to hear about this on the evening news and here it is more than 30 years later and I hope to hear about it tonight and I will testify under oath before Congress that what I am saying is the truth"

 

Dr. John Brandenburg

Dr. John Brandenburg, the Deputy Manager of the Clementine Mission to the Moon, which was part of a joint space project between the Ballistic Missile Defence Organization (BMDO) and NASA, has also made some fascinating revelations. The mission discovered water at the Moon’s poles in 1994. But, according to Brandenburg, the Clementine Mission had an ulterior agenda:

[The Clementine Mission was] a photo reconnaissance mission basically to check out if someone was building bases on the moon that we didn’t know about. Were they expanding they expanding them? . . . Of all the pictures I’ve seen from the moon that show possible structures, the most impressive is a picture of a miles wide recto-linear structure. This looked unmistakably artificial, and it shouldn’t be there. As somebody in the space defence community, I look on any such structure on the moon with great concern because it isn’t ours, there’s no way we could have built such a thing. Former NASA employee, Ken Johnston. Johnston was a Boeing engineer and a former fighter-jock and test pilot for Grumman Aerospace. He was also a marine and an F-4 pilot, as well as a NASA employee, working as the chief Lunar Module test pilot at the Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston. He stated:

“While Neil and Buzz were on the Lunar surface, Neil switched to the medical channel, and spoke directly with the chief medical officer saying, they’re here, they’re parked on the side of the crater, they’re watching us.”

Neil Armstrong became somewhat of a recluse after the moon landing, and rarely spoke of the historic event. His friends and family have told me that this is because he was a man of such integrity that he simply did not want to be put in a position to lie to the public about such a momentous encounter. How tragic that our heroes have been placed in this untenable situation!

When we were organizing The Disclosure Project a few years ago, I asked one of Neil Armstrong’s friends if Armstrong would come to Washington to brief members of Congress at the 1997 Congressional briefing we organized in April of that year. NASA has stated that they have lost the Apollo Lunar Tapes

All of this does not sound so far fetched when you have NASA astronauts such as Gordon Cooper and Edgar Mitchell speaking out regarding the extraterrestrial presence, as well as Disclosure Project witness Donna Hare testifying that NASA airbrushes out the UFOs before releasing to the public and that the astronauts are told to keep quiet about this. Disclosure witness Karl Wolfe also testified that he very clearly visually witnessed a base on the dark side of the moon while working with the lunar orbiter project before we went to the moon. Whose base could that be in 1967? Not to mention the numerous discrepancies noted in the lunar video indicating a staged event. This predetermined waiting period was previously negotiated with his sole surviving son, who himself passed on Feb 13, 2022.

Cyrus Eugene Akers detailed the information in the book, including not only the location of the filming of the first fake moon landing at his military base, the dates it was filmed, and the CIA codename for the operation, he also gave the names of fifteen government scientists and officials, including Wernher von Braun, who were allowed exclusive observation of this historic government fraud, some of whom are still alive today. Apparently we did land on the moon, but the video feed had to be substituted with studio produced footage to not show the people on earth what they encountered and audio feed transmission was cut off when the astronauts attempted to describe what they were seeing. 1969 - Dan Willis Disclosure Witness Testimony

In the timeline of 1969 when we went to the moon,  I want to share with you part of my testimony I gave in Washington, which is a very small part of the whole picture which got me involved in this subject.

In 1969 I had a high level Top Secret crypto level 14 with ESM (Extra Sensitive Material) handling security clearance in the US Navy.  I worked at the busiest military communication facility on the planet at the time, Naval Communications Station San Francisco on Rough & Ready Island.  This was a highly secured facility in which colored electronic badges allowed you access into different compartments.

At the time most of the communications to the ships at sea were via teletype.  I was a certified high speed (25 WPM) code operator and was in charge of the code room for ship to shore communications. This primitive yet effective slower form of communication utilized code, as it was the only modality that could get the signal through adverse atmospheric conditions.  While on watch monitoring several ship-to-shore channels simultaneously listening for traffic from the ships, I’ll never forget a most unusual message of the thousands of messages I received during the years I worked there.

The message was an authenticated official PRIORITY level that was classified as SECRET. It was addressed to the Chief of Naval Operations in Washington DC (CNO was Admiral Moorer) and it came from a USNS ship which is a military support ship owned by the US Navy reporting its position off the coast of Alaska.  As I am decoding the message I am reading that the crew visually witnessed off the port bow of the ship, emerging out of the ocean was a brightly glowing reddish orange elliptical unidentified object, approximately 70 feet in diameter.  It emerged out of the ocean and immediately shot straight up into space. The object was tracked on ships radar to be traveling at an estimated 7,000 mph.

This is what seeded my interest in this subject.  In 2001 after testifying in Washington, I contacted the Office of Naval Intelligence under the freedom of information act to attempt to obtain a copy of this message for supporting documentation like some of the other witnesses at the National Press Club had, but the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations notified me that the message had been destroyed, since the message logs are only kept for a certain amount of time. At the National Press Club I stated in regards to what I witnessed that I was willing to testify under oath before congress regarding my testimony.

Could it be that we have advanced life forms living in the depths of our oceans or are they classified black project spacecraft? At the time, based on my current limited knowledge, the only explanation for such an event would have been thought to be of extraterrestrial origin, couldn't imagine that any humans on earth had such technologies.

Apparently this is nothing new

In 1969 I had thought this secret report to be a rare highly unusual event, today I am amazed to find that so many in the naval militaries of the world have witnessed these highly advanced space craft coming and going from our oceans. One conclusion is that there are many deep under the ocean bases which these craft come from. These could be extraterrestrial or even native to this planet advanced civilizations that have ocean bases here or like the hundreds of DUMBs (Deep Underground Military Base) that are on land are also under the ocean floors with joint military/ET operations going on. Some even speculate that there is an inner earth and it could be that the inner earth oceans connect to the outer earth oceans which they use to travel out into space. Whatever the situation, it can not be denied with this much evidence that these reports are anythinng but very real.

Apparently reports of flying discs emerging out of the oceans were regularly received by USSR Naval Intelligence. According to Victor Berezhnev 1st Rank Captain of Soviet Naval Intelligence, he stated that ..."As a commander in Soviet Navy Intelligence, I regularly received reports on such objects detected by witnesses."

Astrophysicist claims there are interdimensional wormhole portals above the earth near Alaska and Antarctica
An interesting note is that this UFO report I received that was reported to leave the Earth from out of the ocean near the coast of Alaska going 7,000 mph up into space. It may have been leaving the Earth to possibly enter a wormhole portal near Alaska, one of the two portals above the Earth, the north portal is Alaska and the south portal is Antarctica according to American astrophysicist Kip Thorne in the translated 2006 Russian documentary 'Third Reich - Operation UFO' featuring Russian scientists and high level military officials.

The following text has been transcribed from a portion of that documentary:

"In 1976, Japanese researchers using the latest equipment detected 19 round objects, which dived from space into Antarctica, and disappeared from the screens. Who were they and where did they go? We've now answers to such questions. In the late eighties, a scientific sensation was created by American astrophysicist Kip Thorne and his colleagues' work. They substantiated the possibility, of nearly instantaneous movement in space and time travel. They put forward the idea of wormholes, and black holes, all extremely intriguing. According to which black holes are located, at close distances to our planet, and take the form of these worm holes.

These wormholes can be used for intergalactic and interstellar travel. Other scientists suggest their work has significant practical characteristics. Specifically, building time travel devices: ensuring intergalactic travel. Kip Thorne concluded that near to Earth, there's an entrance into a wormhole leading to the star Vega. At that time, without a doubt, the Americans already knew very well, the way in which the appearance and disappearance of UFOs takes place, in the atmosphere of our planet. In 1992, construction began in Alaska, of a powerful radio-electronic complex called HAARP. Officially, it was to study the ionosphere, and the development of missile defense systems. Clandestinely, it was to develop new weapon types: geophysical, weather and psychotropic. In essence, a massive beam cannon, a type of global microwave oven. In addition to this, there was something else.

Today, we can safely assume that the main purpose of this station, is the search for the entrance to the wormhole. Which means the Americans came to the conclusion, that in this polar region, the entrance to the wormhole is located. The station's radio waves allow it to determine the wormhole's configuration, then trace it back, and find where the entrance and exit is. In 1998, the complex in Alaska was put into action, an identical transmitter is built in Norway. On its way, is a third, more powerful one in Greenland. In the early nineties, technical capabilities, made it possible to focus only on one site, the Alaska portal, as an entrance and exit, to observe the movement of UFOs on our planet. There was no need to install tracking stations across United States territory, or other territories, control of just one portal was enough.

However, Earth has two poles. What is the role of each in terms of this theory? Well, for example, they use it both for entry and exit through Alaska, or use the portal to enter and leave Antarctica, and vice versa. Through Antarctica, the UFO emerges into the atmosphere of our planet, and through Alaska, the north portal, they leave the planet.

The theory of tunnel effects, does not contradict the fact, that the north pole of our Earth, is the entrance, and the south pole of the Earth is an outlet, that links our planet with other planets and stars, on the level of energetic-information. It's possible our poles' properties are used by unidentified flying objects, to communicate with other parts of the universe. In any case, it should be a subject for serious study.

It's no surprise, concerning the well-known fact, namely, most of the staff on the American Antarctic stations, are personnel of the United States National Security Agency. Employees of American military, technical intelligence, electronic intelligence and Central Intelligence Agency employees. These categories represent the main research personnel on American Antarctic stations.

Perhaps the scientists of the Third Reich also inferred, the Arctic and Antarctica were not just Earth poles. Perhaps it's also no coincidence that in Nazi Germany, the hollow Earth theory, where the poles were presented as gates to the stars, was so popular. Perhaps at this bizarre idea's heart, a vague understanding was reached, something akin to recently discovered wormholes. Along with the possibility of space and time travel, this may be why Antarctica attracted Germans to its shores".

In his book "Behold a Pale Horse" Ref Ref Ref William Cooper writes...

"I asked Ensign Ball to call for some hot coffee. As he bent over the 1MC, I turned, raising my binoculars to my eyes just in time to see a huge disk rise from beneath the ocean, water streaming from the air around it, tumble lazily on its axis, and disappear into the clouds. My heart beat wildly. I tried to talk but couldn't; then I changed my mind and decided I didn't want to say that, anyway. I had seen a flying saucer the size of an aircraft carrier come right out of the ocean and fly into the clouds. I looked around quickly to see if anyone else had seen it. Ensign Ball was still bending over the IMC. He was ordering coffee. Geronimo was looking down the starboard side aft. I was torn between my duty to report what I had seen and the knowledge that if I did no one would believe me. As I looked out over the ocean I saw only sky, clouds, and water. It was as if nothing had happened. I almost thought I had dreamed it. Ensign Ball straightened, turned toward Geronimo and said the coffee was on the way up. I looked back toward the spot, about 15 degrees relative off the port bow, and about 2-1/2 nautical miles distant. Nothing, not even a hint of what had happened. "Ensign Ball," I said, "I thought I saw something about 15 degrees relative off the bow, but I lost it. Can you help me look over that area?" Ensign Ball turned, raising his glasses to eye level. I didn't know it at the time, but Geronimo had heard me and turned to look. He was happy that something had broken the monotony. I was just lifting the binoculars off my chest when I saw it. The giant saucer shape plunged out of the clouds, tumbled, and, pushing the water before it, opened up a hole in the ocean and disappeared from view. It was incredible. This time I had seen it with my naked eyes, and its size in comparison with the total view was nothing short of astounding. Ensign Hall stood in shock, his binoculars in his hands, his mouth open. Geronimo yelled, "Holy shit! What the — hey! did you guys see that?"

Another crew member of the USS Tiru also gave his account of this event: Ref

"During the cruise from Pearl to Seattle five of the crew had a very unusual experience. During one late afternoon the sub was cruising on the surface at approx. 10 knots when the port lookout reported a strange contact at a range of 2 miles bearing 315 degrees relative. The lookout refused to tell the OOD what it was that he had seen and instead insisted that the starboard lookout and the OOD both look at that area. The three men looked through their binoculars toward the area reported and were astounded to see a metal craft larger than a football field tumble from the clouds into the ocean. It actually tumbled end over end and when it hit the water and sank beneath the ocean huge geysers of water rose into the air. When the port lookout was sure that the others had seen it he then told the OOD that he had seen it tumble from the ocean up into the clouds. The OOD and the starboard lookout were speechless. Within a few minutes, however, they all became excited when it again rose from the water and tumbled up into the cloud layer. At about the same time a crew member below queried the bridge about a radar contact at the same range and bearing. Sonar also reported strange echos. The OOD called for the Captain to come to the bridge at that time. He also called for the camera to be sent to the bridge. The Captain arrived on the bridge within 2 minutes and the Chief Quartermaster was right behind him with the camera. At about the same time the object emerged from the clouds and fell down into the ocean. All five men witnessed this. The QMC took pictures as it rose up into the clouds and then back down into the ocean once again. The five men watched for quite a while longer but nothing else happened. Soon the sub had moved out of visual range and the Captain told all witnesses that they were never to discuss what they had seen with anyone under any circumstances. He stated that the incident was classified information. The Captain then went below and sent a radio msg. There was no doubt as to what we had seen. It was a metal craft with machinery on and around the outside of it. It appeared to have windows or lenses placed around its perimeter. It made no noise that we could hear. It did not disturb the subs electrical systems nor did it affect the gyro compass. It looked very much like a round flying "ship" as in sea going ship. It had the shape and form of a saucer with a bowl inverted in the saucer and it was huge. I will never forget it as long as I live. When I first saw this craft I believe that my heart literally stopped beating and I was terrified. The name of the OOD was Ensign Ball. The starboard lookout was an American Indian seaman that the crew called Geronimo. The port lookout was a new man who left the sub soon after the return to Pearl Harbor and his name was Cooper. I do not remember the Captain's name nor the Chief Quartermaster's name. This is the first time I have ever mentioned it since the moment that the Captain told me that it was classified. As far as I know it has never been reported to the public before this instant. It should be easy to verify the facts if you can get a copy of the log and/or contact the other witnesses. The names should not be too hard to find in the ship's records/logs. I was the port lookout. I must say that I feel a great uneasiness in posting this, much like the way I felt in Vietnam when my life was in great danger." Ref

 

USO Reports throughout U.S. Naval Intelligence

In 1970, renowned biologist and ex-Navy man Ivan Sanderson published his book "Invisible Residents The Reality of Underwater UFOs". His subtitle reads "A Disquisition upon Certain Matters Maritime, and the Possibility of Intelligent Life under the Waters of This Earth". Sanderson obtained several degrees in the biological sciences, taught zoology at Cambridge University, went into field work on behalf of the British Museum and other such institutions, and mounted nine expeditions to collect specimens.

He offered the claim that, “by actual count, over 50 percent of all so-called ‘sightings’ of UFOs have occurred over, coming from, going away over, or plunging into or coming out of water.”

Sanderson wrote:
"We really know very little about our world or its environmental setup. What is more, the world that we do know, or think we know, is extremely limited. . . We have only the vaguest notion of what lies more than a hundred feet under our feet, on land, though geologists are doing pretty well, at least in general terms, down to a few miles. We are fairly good under water down to about five hundred feet around the periphery of the continental land masses and islands, but we know practically nothing of the great body of . . . “hydrospace,” which includes all seas and oceans from the surfaces down to their bottoms."

Sanderson speculated that “aliens” operating UFOs could be artificially intelligent, or perhaps that even some of the machines among UFOs “might also be ‘alive,’ having been constructed along biological rather than mechanical principles.” Machines, he wrote, need not be made only of metal or ceramics. May they not be of “plastics and colloids; or colloids and gases; or even . . . ‘nonmaterial’ altogether?” Machines patterned on life-forms would always be better, more efficient, and more reliable than anything we can think up and construct with metal, nuts, and bolts.

Sanderson while in the US Navy researched his ideas and reports throughout U.S. Naval Intelligence during the late 1960s. (so he very well may have seen my 1969 Navy USO/UFO report going to CNO Washington) Apparently visiting quite a few departments, he learned that most of the topmost individuals had not read any of the extraordinary underwater UFO reports he had come across. Most thought it was all nonsense, until he would make some remark substantiating the reality.

 

Research of Soviet and Russian Navy USOs

The study of USOs (Unidentified Submersible Objects) is a case in point. For years, strange phenomena have been reported by people at sea, especially by navies around the globe. Although many of the USO files of the Soviet and Russian Navy remain secret, some have become available due to the painstaking efforts of dedicated researchers. Paul Stonehill and Philip Mantle reveal strange encounters by the Soviet and Russian Navy with things that are not supposed to exist. 1971 - Encounter aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy in the Bermuda Triangle.

This encounter occurred in 1971, while aboard the aircraft carrier, USS John F. Kennedy CVA-67 (now CV-67) in the Bermuda Triangle. I was assigned to the communications department of the Kennedy and had been in this section about a year. The ship was returning to Norfolk, VA after completing a two week operational readiness exercise (ORE) in the Caribbean. We were to stand down for 30 days, after arriving in Norfolk, Virginia, to allow the crew to take leave and visit family before deploying to the Mediterranean for six months.

I was on duty in the communications center. My task was to monitor eight teletypes printing the "Fleet Broadcasts". On the top row were four teletypes each printing messages from four different channels. On the bottom row were four more doing the exact same thing except the signal was carried on different frequencies. If one of the primary receivers started taking "hits" I would be able to retrieve the message from the bottom one. I also notified Facilities Control of any hits so they could tune the receivers. On the other side of the compartment (room) was the NAVCOMMOPNET (Naval Communications Operations Network). This was the Ship to Shore circuit with the top teletype being the receive and the bottom as the send (known as a duplex circuit). Next to this was the Task Group Circuit for ship to ship communications (task group operations or TGO).

It was in the evening, about 20:30 (8:30 PM) and the ship had just completed an eighteen hour "Flight Ops". I had just taken a message off one of the broadcasts and turned around to file it on a clip board. When I turned back to the teletypes the primaries were typing garbage. I looked down to the alternates which were doing the same. I walked a few feet to the intercom between us and the Facilities Control. I called them and informed them of the broadcasts being out. A voice replied that all communications were out. I then turned and looked in the direction of the NAVCOMMOPNET and saw that the operator was having a problem. I then heard the Task Group operator tell the watch officer that his circuit was out also. In the far corner of the compartment was the pneumatic tubes going to the Signal bridge (where the flashing light and signal flag messages are sent/receive). There is an intercom there to communicate with the Signal Bridge and over this intercom we heard someone yelling "There is something hovering over the ship!" A moment later we heard another voice yelling. "IT IS GOD! IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!".

We all looked at each other, there were six of us in the Comm Center, and someone said, "Lets go have a look!". The Comm Center is amidships, just under the flight deck, almost in the center of the ship. We went out the door, through Facilities Control and out that door, down the passageway (corridor) about 55 feet to the hatch that goes out to the catwalk on the edge of the flight deck (opposite from the "Island" or that part of the ship where the bridge is). If you have ever been to sea, there is a time called the time of no horizon. This happens in the morning and evening just as the sun comes up or goes down over the horizon.

During this time you cannot tell where the sea and sky meet. This is the time of evening it was. As we looked up, we saw a large, glowing sphere. Well it seemed large, however, there was no point of reference. That is to say, if the sphere were low; say 100 feet above the ship, then it would have been about two to three hundred feet in diameter. If it were say 500 feet about the ship then it would have been larger. It made no sound that I could hear. The light coming from it wasn't too bright, about half of what the sun would be. It sort of pulsated a little and was yellow to orange.

We didn't get to looked at it for more than about 20 seconds because General Quarters (Battle stations) was sounding and the Communication Officer was in the passageway telling us to get back into the Comm Center. We returned and stayed there (that was our battle station). We didn't have much to do because all the communication was still out. After about 20 minutes, the teletypes started printing correctly again. We stayed at General Quarters for about another hour, then secured. I didn't see or hear of any messages going out about the incident.

Over the next few hours, I talked to a good friend that was in CIC (combat information center) who was a radar operator. He told me that all the radar screens were just glowing during the time of the incident. I also talked to a guy I knew that worked on the Navigational Bridge. He told me that none of the compasses were working and that the medics had to sedate a boatswains mate that was a lookout on the signal bridge. I figured this was the one yelling it was God. It was ironic that of the 5,000 men on a carrier, that only a handful actually saw this phenomenon. This was due to the fact that flight Ops had just be completed a short time before this all started and all the flight deck personnel were below resting. It should be noted that there are very few places where you can go to be out in the open air aboard a carrier. From what I could learn, virtually all electronic components stopped functioning during the 20 minutes or so that what ever it was hovered over the ship. The two Ready CAPs (Combat Air Patrol), which were two F-4 Phantoms that are always ready to be launched, would not start.

I heard from the scuttlebut (slang - rumor mill) that three or four "men in trench coats" had landed, and were interviewing the personnel that had seen this phenomena. I was never interviewed, maybe because no one knew that I had seen it.

A few days latter, as we were approaching Norfolk, the Commanding and Executive Officers came on the closed circuit TV system that we had. They did this regularly to address the crew and pass on information. During this particular session the Captain told us how well we did on the ORE and about our upcoming deployment to the Mediterranean. At the very end of his spiel, he said "I would like to remind the crew, that certain events that take place aboard a Naval Combatant Ship, are classified and are not to be discussed with anyone without a need to know". This was all the official word I ever received or heard of the incident. Ref

 

US Navy Sailors are sworn to secrecy regarding these sightings

The question is often asked, why don't more military UFO/USO witnesses come forward publicly, and provide names, dates and places? This may be that many are intimidated by the threat of JANAP 146-E, which provides for hefty penalities where military personnel could be fined up to $10,000 and imprisoned for up to 10 years or both for breaking silence on a military UFO sighting.

Notes on personal government job offers:

National Science Foundation operating Antarctica communications

On a personal note I find it interesting that the Russian Intelligence noted the Antarctic United States research personnel being primarily NSA, CIA and other intelligence personnel. In the 1970's I was offered a job by the National Science Foundation to operate the Antarctic communications shack for a year in isolation at the McMurdo station since I met their requirements of having teletype repair experience, a First Class commercial and Extra Class amateur radio licenses which allowed me to operate essentially everything in communications. They said at the time there were scientists from 17 countries that were studying why the blood of the penguins could operate in sub freezing temperatures and how to apply that knowledge for modification of human blood, most likely for military application.(very likely a cover story) As the Russian documentary pointed out that the majority of research personal strangely came from all the intelligence communities. I didn't accept the job so I will never know.

CIA communications job in Londonderry Ireland

Well before this two CIA agents one day appeared at my door and offered me a communications job in Londonderry Ireland, which also I didn't accept. Just didn't feel right at the time after my experience with the government in Vietnam. I decided that I would rather do something that in some way would help prevent young adults in the future to ever have to go off to hideous wars like that. Maybe in some small way by being a witness, this is what I am doing toward the realization of that future reality where wars based on false flag events never occur.

 

1969 DEC 17 - Project Blue Book is terminated stating there is no evidence of the UFO/ET reality

As a result of these investigations, studies and experience gained from investigating UFO reports since 1948, the conclusions of Project Blue Book were:

1. No UFO reported, investigated, and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of threat to our national security.
2. There has been no evidence submitted to or discovered by the Air Force that sightings categorized as "unidentified" represent technological developments or principles beyond the range of present day scientific knowledge.
3. There has been no evidence indicating the sightings categorized as "unidentified" are extraterrestrial vehicles.

UFO reports in the past with least national security significance were made available to the public through Project Blue Book - the “official” public investigation of UFOs by the USAF whose main objective was for public relations only. The more important, classified UFO files, were directed into another project that was under the control of the CIA. In particular, the CIA’s counter intelligence department controlled access and reported directly to the MJ-12 Group.

The photo was taken from a United States Navy submarine USS Trepang (SSN 674) The location was between Iceland and Jan Mayen island in the Atlantic Ocean. (Jan Mayen belongs to Norway, and is only inhabited by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute and the Norwegian military.) The Submarine came upon the object by “accident,” as they were in the region on a routine joint military and scientific expedition. Officer John Klika was the one who initially spotted the object with the periscope. Ref

 

1971 MAR - Pentgon Papers - Released to media by Daniel Ellsberg

Published at a time when support for U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War was rapidly eroding, the Pentagon Papers confirmed many people’s suspicions about the active role the U.S. government had taken in building up the conflict. Though the study did not cover the policies of President Richard M. Nixon, the revelations included within it were embarrassing. The New York Times said that the Pentagon Papers had demonstrated, among other things, that the Johnson Administration "systematically lied, not only to the public but also to Congress". 1971 - The Montauk Project
The Montauk Project is believed to be an extension or continuation of the controversial Philadelphia Experiment, which previously took place on October 28, 1943. Experiments at Montauk Air Force Base, located on Montauk Point, Long Island, New York was where scientists had discovered that radio signals in the 425 to 450 Megahertz range were required to get 'inside' the human consciousness to allow for mind control attempts. The Sage Radar systems ran at these frequencies, and was therefore employed. By altering the frequency and pulse of the radar set, they could make a person laugh, cry, angry or sleepy. As a side effect, it was found the the general mood of the whole base would change to follow the signal output of the Sage Radar. Tests allowed the scientists to create a wide variety of effects, depending on the settings fed into the transmitter. Programs were written that would allow the researchers to do more than simply create mood swings. They found that they could increase the crime rate, incite violence and cause mass panic among animals.

The ITT World-Wide Communications corporation constructed a mind-reading device. The device translated the electromagnetic field, or "aura", around the body into a visible format. The primary component of this device was a Cray 1 super-computer that turned the data into something a person could understand. It is alleged that the basic technical information was provided by Sirian from the star system of Sirius. This mind-reading device they found could easily be converted into a mind control device. They hooked the device up to a series of computers, electrical coils and the Sage Radar system, creating a powerful transmitter that could be used lessen the risks to humans undergoing invisibility and time travel experiments. This new device was called the "Montauk Chair" and came online about 1974. Linked to a Cray 1 and an IBM 360 computer, the researchers would sit a psychically active person in the Montauk Chair and have them try and transmit their thoughts to a similar set up back at the ITT corporation located in Southampton, Long Island. The operator of this chair was also able to visualize and materialize objects which the size and type of object seemed only to be limited by the operators imagination, and it is said entire buildings materialized during the course of these experiments.

Other experiments involved what was called "The Seeing Eye". This was where the operator was given a lock of hair (or other object) and concentrated on the person that object had come from. He could then see and hear everything that person could see and hear, no matter where that person was. After that, the tests were taken one step further. Now, instead of simply looking though the eyes and ears of another, The operator tried to actually influence what the person was thinking and doing. By pushing out with his thoughts, the operator could take over someone else's mind, making them do what he wanted. People could be virtually 'programmed' to do almost anything. Further experimentation showed that large groups of both people and animals could be affected, making them behave in a variety of bizarre ways.

To achieve control over the flow of time, the researchers installed what is referred to as the "Orion Delta T (for time) antenna". It was rumored that the antenna was based on designs given to the Project by extraterrestrials from the constellation of Orion. In 1979-1980 the Orion Delta T antenna was placed in a huge underground chamber excavated beneath Montauk AFB. The antenna itself was about 100 to 150 feet tall, and the chamber was nearly 300 feet underground. The Montauk Chair was then placed above this antenna and below the transmitter used to broadcast projected signals. This placed the chair in a null field that removed all interference from and of the fields generated by the transmitter and other devices. After installing the new antenna in 1979-1980 and calibrating the operator to the new equipment, it was found that he had almost total control over the flow of time. He could cause portals to open to almost any time by concentrating on a specific date. These portals looked like large spirals or vortexes. Inside the portal was a circular tunnel with light at the far end. One could look through a portal to see a smaller portal or window on the other end. Walking though the tunnel would place a person in whatever time the tunnel was connected to. From 1981 to 1983 the complete crew was replaced with a "secret crew" with the objective of the project was now to explore time itself.

The idea was to create a portal between Earth and Mars. Specifically between Earth and the Martian Pyramids that lay near the great "Face on Mars" in the Cydonia region of Mars which they colonized in 1962 in order to support a secret space program run by the US and the Soviet Union that established these colonies on both the Moon and Mars.

Montauk AFB, had been closed since 1969, and was no longer receiving any federal funding. So, the question of "where did the Project funding come from?"arises. The actual circumstances surrounding the financing of the the Montauk Project are shrouded in a veil of mystery. Project funding seemed to come from private sources, although some evidence points to an alleged Nazi involvement. (possible MK-Ultra project?) This involvement came in the form of 10 billion dollars in gold, smuggled out of Europe at the end of World War II.

The Montauk Project ended on August 12, 1983. It was said that several members of the project, who had become increasingly uncomfortable with the aims and designs of the project heads and the main operator released a monster from his subconscious. This creature, or 'Beast from the Id' materialized as a large hairy monster that smashed its way about the base, destroying and eating everything it could find. Meanwhile, one of the project members began cutting apart cables and conduits in an attempt to sever the power to the base transmitters and shut down the project. After smashing up and cutting apart enough equipment, the transmitter powered down and the Beast mercifully faded away. At the end of 1984 cement was poured into many of the elevator shafts and underground areas of Montauk Base, sealing off all of the areas used for the most extreme of the space-time experiments. Afterwards, all personnel had thier memories wiped of their involvement and the gates to Montauk AFB were locked and the base was abandoned for the last and final time. Ref Ref Ref

 

 

1972 JUN 17 - Watergate Scandal and the documents that could reveal the most vital secret of the "Alien Presence"

Five men were arrested for a bungled break-in at the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC. CIA operative E. Howard Hunt, Jr. who was also involved during the Kennedy Assassination, directed the break-in from orders from the Nixon White House to recover secret documents. Hunt asked his attorney friend Douglas Caddy to secure defense for the burglars. In 1975 after two years of federal Watergate investigations E. Howard Hunt was charged with conspiracy and sentenced to serve 33 months. Before going to prison, he requested a farewell dinner with his friend Douglas Caddy. During the dinner, Caddy pressed Hunt for the true reasons behind the Watergate burglary to retrieve those secret documents, in which Nixon would be willing to sacrifice his Presidency in fact his entire political career to keep hidden. I thought, Well, this is the last time I see Howard. I’m going to make one more stab to see if I can get something here, you know?

And I said, “Howard, why was John Kennedy assassinated?”

He (Hunt) said, “John Kennedy was assassinated because he was about to give our most vital secret to the Soviets.”

I was stunned by that. And I said, “Well what was that?”

Although many portions of the documents have been blacked out, they detail assassination plots against foreign leaders like Fidel Castro and Patrice Lumumba of the Congo, the testing of mind- and behavior-altering drugs like LSD on unwitting citizens, wiretapping of U.S. journalists, spying on civil rights and anti-Vietnam War protesters, opening mail between the United States and the Soviet Union and China, break-ins at the homes of ex-CIA employees, The Iran-Contra scandal, as well as drone strikes to name a few play significant roles in this previously classified account. 1974 JUL 31 - Media - Documentary - UFOs: Past, Present, and Future

In 1971, writer/composer Robert Emenegger was asked by officials at California’s Norton Air Force Base, or the U.S. Department of Defense itself to produce a film about UFOS using only official DoD and NASA source material, and was allegedly promised footage of a 1964 landing at Holloman Air Force Base. Only a few seconds of this special footage ultimately made it into the film.

The film is narrated by Rod Serling, Burgess Meredith, and José Ferrer. The later 1979 re-release features commentary by noted UFOlogist and astronomer Dr. Jacques Vallée. The film uses dramatizations, interviews with government officials and scientists, and selected footage to provide context for UFO sightings, both ancient and contemporary. 1975 MAY 9 - CIA Director William Colby testifies that the CIA are completely controlling mainstream media.

CIA Director William Colby testified to the Church Committee that over 400 CIA agents were active in the US media to control what was reported through American mainstream television, newspapers, and magazines. President Ford fired Colby after his testimony, replacing him with George H. W. Bush. Bush Sr. ended the CIA’s testimony, stating that there were no other programs of concern to disclose and promising that the CIA would no longer influence the media.

On another personal note regarding the metal samples that were given for analysis by a research team evaluating the Meier's case headed by retired Lieutenant Colonel Wendelle Stevens.  I personally witnessed and handled these samples, as I was working at the time in research with Dr. Marcel Vogel, the former senior head scientist of IBM who setup a personal laboratory to study unusual phenomenon.  Dr. Vogel was researching the possibility of the metal samples given to Billy Meier by the Pleiadians to be of extraterrestrial origin using an electron microscope and other methods.   In the analysis the characteristics seemed to indicate a non-electrolytic, cold fusion synthesis process not known to earth. When we combine the resemblance of Meier’s scout craft with the Haunebu series of flying saucers, the fact that his principal contact, Semjase, spoke fluent German, and that Meier identified Semjase and Orsic as the same person, then a clear conclusion emerges. Billy Meier’s contact case involved meetings with the Orsic/Vril faction of a German Secret Space Program that was promoting a philosophy of cosmic peace and unity. This may be where the metal samples that we analyzed that Semjase provided, may have actually come from.

 

Billy Meier had several discourses with the Pleiadeans over the years that were recorded. I found the following exchange between the Pleiadean Ptaah and Billy to be of interest in regards to the power of our collective thoughts upon the agreed upon reality to actually affect our reality as to what we focus on and believe:

Could it be possible that Maria Orsic is the same person which Billy Meier recognized as Semjase and William Tompkins recognized as Jessica? If this were true, it may be that Maria was one of these Nordic extraterrestrials whose lifespan greatly exceed ours here on Earth by hundreds of years, as she does not appear to age over the span of decades that these men interacted with her over a length of time and positively recognized her.

President Jimmy Carter was the first President of the United States of America to have officially reported the UFO he saw to the authorities. He was also the President who said that if elected he would see that UFO-Alien Full Disclosure would take place. That the American public would be told the truth about everything was one of the campaign cries of Jimmy Carter. Carter made a promise he could not or would not be able to keep.

After Carter won the White House, he paid a visit to the then CIA Director, George H.W. Bush. Carter had an interest in UFOs ever since experiencing his first sighting sometime in 1969 while standing outside a Lion's Club in Georgia.  His campaign speeches were promising to unravel the government's long held cover-up.

So far Wernher von Braun's deathbed testimony appears to be consistent and supported by President Eisenhower's warning to the public in regards to the "unwarranted influences" within the military industrial complex. Werner von Braun was listed as a (33° Freemason) but has not been confirmed.

An independent television station in southern England had their broadcast to thousands of viewers subjected to a six-minute message from an entity referring to itself as Vrillon of the Ashtar Galactic Command.

"This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth. EMERTHER They come from Tau Ceti, double star system (yellow dwarf and mini red dwarf) in the constellation of Cetus, 11 Light-Years from Terra, with 5 planets, two only are inhabited, One by the Aramani and one, Tau Ceti e, a large planet with three moons, by the Emerther. Steven Spielberg releases “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.  Spielberg wanting the film to be as accurate as possible hires Dr. Allen Hynek of Project Bluebook to give an insight into actual events that took place in 1964 in New Mexico where alien craft is alleged to have landed on the desert, and that a team of 12 human officers boarded the ship and took off on a trip to a distant alien world.   It so happens that this is the same number 12 pops up in 2005 when “former military insiders” came forward to testify (anonymously) that the exchange did actually take place in 1965 as part of DIA’s “Operation Crystal Night”, more commonly referred to as “Project Serpo“.  The astronauts allegedly traveled to planet Serpo in the constellation Zeta Reticuli.  Ref

The Battlestar Galactica series was created by Glenn Larson another protégé of Leslie Stevens IV the creator of The Outer Limits who also provided script for Gene Rodenberry's Star Trek. Leslie Stevens IV wrote the original script for Battlestar Galactica pilot episode. This raises the intriguing possibility that key elements of Battlestar Galactica are based on real life artificial intelligence threats in space as perceived by senior Navy officials running a secret space program. Stevens military intelligence connections and involvement with psychological operations led him to disseminate classified information into the movie and television industry to hide the truth in plain sight.

1980 - US Navy Solar Warden Space Fleet is Launched with the assistance of the Nordic Navy

In the 1980’ s, when the leap from interplanetary to interstellar travel became possible with the successful development of temporal drive technology by Lockheed Martin and other aerospace corporations.

These covert cooperations were the development in the 1980’s of joint operations between the first Navy space battle groups and the Nordic extraterrestrial space fleets, as the US Navy anti-gravity space craft built using modular construction techniques in the Wasatch mountains in Utah caught up technological after more than a decade with the German Nazi space program. This was achieved with the covert assistance of Nordic extraterrestrials, despite the sabotaging efforts of Reptilians embedded within the military industrial complex. According to Tompkins and other whistleblowers, the first Navy space battle groups were deployed in the early 1980’s during the Reagan Administration, thereby establishing a US Navy presence in deep space for the first time. Eventually eight battle groups were constructed allowing four in service at any time and allowing the other four to undergo maintenance.

I don't know the actual mission right now, but for most of the periods the first ones were built [1980’s] and went out into the galaxy because they were built here. They were operating with only one of the eight who operated around the solar system. The others were out in the galaxy jointly operating missions against Reptilians and other bad people, but jointly working with the Nordic Navy, and who were the people that had been assisting at least us on the Apollo. We're operating, and have been, since the '80s, with the Nordic Navy. And these people . . . It's easiest to describe the situation there . . . For every ten Nordic Navy battle groups, the Reptilians have 100. So we're sort of at a disadvantage, by numbers, but a Nordic Navy has been tremendously supportive of us. Our Navy works with them and actually is at war not just with Reptilians out in space but several other bad civilizations.

And we have eight of those battle groups out there. So there’s plenty of room for new people to come aboard…."

They were designed to carry various type of “craft” that many think of as the TR-3B… The TR-3B is considered extremely outdated technology and in many cases has been gifted as “hand me down” craft to “Elites” within the Secret Earth Governments and their Syndicates as something akin to “Company Jets”. There are so many newer technologies that are of the same general shape as the TR-3B (& models that came after) that it would blow people’s minds."

And now, during that several weeks returning, their minds, not painfully, but their minds are played with to where 99.99 percent of their memory for the last 20 years out in space is removed…. that system is operating and has been operating since 1980."

The Solar Warden program, in Goode’s account, is linked to an alliance of space programs called the Secret Space Program Alliance, which has been developing strategies for “full disclosure.”

The Solar Warden space program, being developed by the U.S. Navy, was delayed for nearly four decades in successfully reverse engineering the advanced propulsion systems found in Vril/ Nazi spacecraft and captured extraterrestrial vehicles—vehicles— for interstellar travel. Efforts to develop advanced temporal drives needed for traveling into other solar systems were likely sabotaged, as were the navigation systems for these. It was not until the 1980’ s that the technological breakthroughs had occurred.

Solar Warden was established early and is the most aging fleet (though it has gone through many upgrades over the decades). They have a R& D/ Scientific focused fleet, and a Military Offensive/ Defensive focused fleet that is mainly focused on policing the Solar System and surrounding Star Clusters and keeping track of “Intruders” and “Visitors,” as well as locating and removing unauthorized “Visitors” on the Earth and other planetary bodies. Their program name describes their function pretty well.

Solar Warden was established as a high priority secret space program backed by the U.S. military, which was playing catch-up to the Vril/ Nazi SS post-war secret space program of the 1940’ s. The Nazi fleet of cigar-shaped Andromeda vehicles operating out of Antarctica and the moon were of special concern, leading to urgency in developing similar ships for the U.S. Navy in particular. Yet it took as long as four decades, according to Goode, for similar sized space carriers with interstellar capabilities to be developed for Solar Warden. The nearly 40 year gap between the size, speed and distance capabilities of Vril/ Nazi Andromeda Device cigar-ships, and the Solar Warden space carrier equivalents achieved later in the 1990s, gives an idea of how slow progress was for Operation Paperclip and U.S. scientists in reverse engineering efforts. The Nazi SS/ secret societies had thoroughly infiltrated Operation Paperclip’s scientists and the U.S. military industrial complex. This suggests that the slow progress in the development of these cigar-shape space carriers for the Solar Warden program was a result of Nazi interference and/ or sabotage. Until such time as it would pose no threat to Dark Fleet operations, it appears that Solar Warden’s development would be delayed by its predecessor. While the Dark Fleet operates primarily outside of the solar system, according to Goode, it can still maintain a base on the far side of the moon without interference by the Solar Warden program.

Solar Warden was indeed a heavily Navy program in the beginning, with Air Force involvement later on. Even though most of the “Rank and File” came from within the MILAB Recruiting Systems, the “Brass” were connected to the Military (some very much Constitutional supporters and believers in their “Oaths”).

Solar Warden is run by career military officers, initially drawn largely from the U.S. Navy. As Goode says, many of these U.S. military officers take their oath to protect the Constitution seriously, thereby making them difficult to subvert for unethical ends. Put simply, any order that violates the officer’s obligation “to support and defend the Constitution” will not be followed. This is the chief reason why the U.S. Government has never been overthrown in a military coup in over 200 years! Ref

If the MJ-12 Group was to ultimately exercise control and operations over the U.S. secret space program, it would have to find a way to marginalize the U.S. Navy, and allied military services from the U.S. and other nations. The way to do this was to create another secret space program, using corporations, which would be more amenable to the dictates of the MJ-12 Group. Through these corporations the MJ-12 Group would secretly create another space program; out of the space assets from the private contractors who were supplying the U.S. Navy/ military with the spacecraft and weapons for the Solar Warden program.

Niara Terela Isley claims she was abducted at age 25 while working for the USAF at the Tonopah Test Range in Nevada. Throughout 1980, she was taken to the moon eight to ten times. What started as an ordinary job working radar consoles at Nellis Air Force base became a special assignment which would change her life. When working at the Tonopah site she was involved with testing the radar signature of craft that appeared to be extraterrestrial and disc shaped which radiated an orange glow at bottom of the craft. She was taken aboard a spacecraft at the Tonopah site in which she witnessed an 8 foot tall Reptilian being with dark olive grey skin, yellow eyes with vertical slits and claws for hands inside the craft. 1980 DEC - UFO shuts down nuclear weapons in the UK
The UFO incident occurs in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, England outside of RAF Bentwaters.   Disclosure witness Larry Warren shared with me that unknown to the British people nuclear weapons were present on the base and that the UFO which the military had a direct encounter with in the forest had shown a light beam from the UFO had somehow reprogrammed those nuclear weapons.  Again the concern over our nuclear weapon arsenal. Larry was hit up alongside his head with a gun butt by agents and forced to sign papers that he didn't see anything. 1981 MAR - President Reagan gets briefed on UFO/ET reality and "Project DOVE" and purpose of secrecy and indoctrination to public through extraterrestrial related sci-fi movies

President Reagan met with CIA Director William Casey (Knight of Malta) and a select team of advisors at Camp David to be specifically briefed on the subject of unidentified flying objects and extraterrestrial visitation of planet earth. This Transcript 27a was made between March 6 and 8, 1981. It reveals that along with William Casey, Reagan was briefed by an agency operative introduced simply as “The Caretaker”. This man claimed to be custodian of the UFO secrets for thirty-one years, and that he had briefed Presidents Nixon and Ford as well. President Carter, he said, was not in the ‘loop’. The caretaker revealed…

“All the debris and EBEs (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities) recovered from the first crash site were taken to Roswell Army Air Field, Roswell, New Mexico. EBE was treated for some minor injuries and then taken to Los Alamos National Laboratories, which was the safest and most secure location in the world. Special accommodations were made for EBE. The debris was eventually transferred to Dayton, Ohio, home of the Air Force Foreign Technology Division. The second crash site wasn’t discovered until 1949 by some ranchers. There were no live aliens at this site.  All this debris went to Sandia Army Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The NSC felt open disclosure could lead to nationwide panic if all information about UFOs and alien visitation was released. As well, the caretaker explained that public awareness of ongoing research and exchange with captured aliens could seriously “jeopardize the future space program of the United States. Releasing our secrets about UFOs and alien visitation would also cause a panic among religious leaders around the world. Therefore, MJ-12 decided that an independent scientific study of the UFO phenomena would be needed to satisfy the public curiosity.”

The Caretaker revealed an important operation developed over the years to safeguard UFO information. “We call it ‘Project DOVE’. It is a complex series of Public Relations operations by our military intelligence agencies to dis-inform the public.  As you know, Mr. President, we have some highly classified aircraft. In order to keep these aircraft secret, we tend to convince, at times, the public and press that maybe UFOs are real in order to make the public think what they are seeing are actually UFOs instead of our own secret aircraft even though we know maybe some of the sightings are of actual UFOs. As I said before, this is complicated, but it is a form of counterintelligence. We give the public some actual facts and let them run with it.”

In the President Ronald Reagan briefing by the 13th Director of Central Intelligence William Casey openly revealed how a psychological program was using the media to carefully craft a public perception of the UFO phenomenon… “If you consider the first person who helped us with this disinformation program, was Mr. George Adamski, back in the early 50's".

The briefing also revealed the influence of "... All productions of UFO-related movies.  This helps the public to keep their minds open, but also allows us to keep our secret aircraft away from the public's knowledge.  That includes some of the craft that were lent to us by the Ebens."

The first movie, "The Day the Earth Stood Still" was a cooperative venture with the United States Air Force and the movie industry.

"The United States felt relatively sure the aliens' exploration of Earth was non-aggressive and non-hostile. It was also established that the aliens' presence did not directly threaten the security of the United States. Secondly, the public was beginning to believe that UFOs were real. The NSC felt this public feeling could lead to a nationwide panic if we disclosed everything we knew about UFOs and alien visitation."

"In the 1976 MJ-12 report, it was estimated that the aliens' technology was many thousands of years ahead of ours. Our scientists speculated that until our technology develops to a level equal to the aliens, we cannot understand the large volume of scientific information we have gained from the aliens' craft. This advancement of our technology may take many hundreds of years."

"In 1949, President Truman created two (2) secret commissions. These commissions were to meet privately without recording any contents. The commissions were code named "Adam" and "Eve." The first commission, Adam, was to study the idea of releasing some information to the public regarding our actual knowledge of UFOs and the two (2) crash incidents.

The findings of the Adam commission consisted of the following statement:

"In this matter, public opinion must be recognized as a factor of considerable importance, even if clearly affirmative might have the effect of placing before the American people a moral question of vital historical significance at a time when the full security impact of the question had not become apparent. If this decision is to be made by the American people, it should be made in the circumstances of an actual disclosure of the existence of space beings who had visited Earth. In other words, the American public might hesitate to believe the existence of space beings unless the American Government showed proof."

This was an actual quote from the classified document dated 1 December 1949. The second commission, "Eve," concerned the use of atom bombs to repel a space alien attack."

"In July, 1947, a remarkable event occurred in New Mexico. During a storm, two ET spacecraft crashed. One crashed southwest of Corona, New Mexico and one crashed near Datil, New Mexico."

One of the 6 Eben aliens survived the crash and they called him "EBE 1" (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) and was taken to Los Alamos National Laboratories where he lived until he died in 1952. They learned a great deal of information from him during those years.

EBE 1 came from the star system Zeta Reticuli, which is about 40 light-years from Earth. Their life span is between 350-400 years, but that is Earth years. Their planet is called SERPO.

At Los Alamos they were able to get EBE 1's damaged communication device to function. "EBE sent out six (6) messages. One letting his home planet know that he was alive and his comrades were dead, another explaining the two crashes, the third was a request to be rescued, the fourth was a message suggesting a meeting between his leaders and our leaders. The last message suggested some form of an EXCHANGE program."

They Ebens wanted to visit Earth, retrieve their spacemen bodies and meet for an exchange program titled "Project SERPO". The Ebens landed in Nevada in 1965 and we exchanged 12 of our men for one of theirs who we titled "EBE 2".

"Our team of 12 went to the Eben planet for 13 years. The original mission called for a 10-year stay, however, because of the strange time periods on their planet, the team stayed three (3) additional years. Eight [seven] returned in 1978. Two died on the planet and two decided to stay."

The movie "Close Encounters of The Third Kind" was similar to the real event, at least the last part of the movie.

The UFOs that are identified as alien craft are designated Identified Alien Craft, or "IAC."

They discuss five (5) species that are called, Ebens, Archquloids, Quadloids, Heplaloids and Trantaloids. The Ebens are friendly and are extremely peaceful and would not harm a living soul, including animals; the Trantaloids are the dangerous hostile ones called HAV (Hostile Alien Visitors).

On March 30, 1981, President Ronald Reagan and three others were shot and wounded by John Hinckley Jr. in Washington, D.C., as they were leaving a speaking engagement at the Washington Hilton Hotel.

Why did George H.W. Bush and his cabinet determine that John W. Hinckley Jr. — the man who in 1981 tried to kill the newly inaugurated President Ronald Reagan — was a lone nut, and no conspiracy, foreign or domestic, was involved? How did they arrive at this conclusion just five hours after the shooting, without any thorough examination? Why did the FBI declined to release 22 pages of documents that included the names of  associates and organizations linked to Hinckley, and details of his finances?

In late 1980 and early 1981, Hinckley was stalking the actress Jodie Foster. He said that he had been hearing “voices” in his head. Hinckley, who was released from a federal psychiatric facility on August 5 after 35 years, remains a mystery, and that’s the way the government prefers it. Among the documents the Bureau withholds are those that reveal organizations linked to him — and the names of his associates.

John W. Hinckley’s brother attended a surprise birthday party at Neil Bush’s house in a period when John Hinckley was suffering serious mental problems. The government exerts financial pressure on the Hinckley family business. Hinckley shoots President Reagan, nearly making Neil Bush’s father the president. The financial pressure on the Hinckleys disappears, George H.W. Bush is in charge of the “investigation” of the shooting, the Hinckleys chalk it all up to their son’s demons, everyone focuses on Jodie Foster, and that’s the end of that.

Trilogy, and decided to create "a game about the secret-conspiracy idea behind Illuminatus!" card game. After doing research on the Illuminati and conspiracy theories, it went to market in July 1982. 1984 - FEMA REX 84 Plan Initially Tested

The program was initially tested in 1984. The existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987. The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984.

Through Rex-84 there are over 800 FEMA operated prison camps in the United States.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. All are fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty.

These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state for internment.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government.

Army Regulation 210-35, which bears the name “Civilian Inmate Labor Program.” According to the document, 210-35 “provides guidance for establishing and managing civilian inmate labor programs on Army installations. It provides guidance on establishing prison camps on Army installations.”

Rex 84 and FEMA will look to deploy “the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels” and authorize “the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of martial law.”

President George W. Bush (Freemason) (Skull and Bones) (Knight of Malta) gave the government the authority to “declare a national emergency and impose martial law.” Directive 51 and Rex 84 can work hand-in-hand to ensure that the proper people are detained when needed. In May 2007, George W. Bush signed executive new orders NSDP51 and HSDP20 to replace REX84 so that once in control Martial Law will be maintained. These two orders established that the White House administration would take over all local governments under a national state of emergency, instead of Homeland Security.

1984 - NORAD co-worker was told “it’s just a visit from one of our little friends”
Another part of my testimony I gave in Washington was that while I was working for over 13 years at the Naval Electronic Systems Engineering Center on military satellite communications, my co-worker there shared with me when he worked at the NORAD facility that tracks all objects coming into earth, he noticed some objects going several thousands of miles per hour and making right hand turns.  When he inquired his older supervisor regarding this, the unexpected response was “it’s just a visit from one of our little friends”.

So after working all those years I decided in 1984 to take a vacation with my brother and meet his friend who was a 107 year old Hopi Indian chief.  On the way there coming out of Gila Bend Arizona, we were heading up out of the desert on a lonely mountain road very late at night traveling to the Hopi village in northern Arizona.  I decided to take a break after several hours of driving and I pulled over to the side of the road.  My brother decided to get out of the truck and stretch his legs, the next thing I knew my truck door flew open and my brother yanked me out of the truck and pointed up and said "Look Look Look!" as I looked up at the sky a large glowing circular completely silent craft flew directly overhead.  My brother saw it coming up from the south and then it did a sharp right angle turn and flew directly right overhead approximately 100 feet above us. The size I roughly estimate to be about 50 feet in diameter and was glowing a bright white with a greenish hue to it.

This was one of several occasions that I have personally witnessed seeing these craft, whether they are made on this planet or on another world, seeing one firsthand took it further out of the realm of speculation for myself.

I've joined Dr. Greer a number of times with the CSETI (Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence) team at locations such as Crestone Colorado, Joshua Tree and Mount Shasta California and have witnessed a number of these craft appearing utilizing the CE-5 protocols he developed to remote view and vector the craft to our location. We experienced visually partial and full materializations as well as the group's magnetometers being triggered by the presence of their intense magnetic field and sometimes the craft would respond to our laser signaling back flashing a bright light back at us.

 

Is there somebody out there?

In the late 1970s, 30 years before ever hearing about CE-5 protocols and understanding that these advanced life forms could communicate across seeming great distances telepathically through conscious thought, I experienced a confirmation of this when I was camping at night way off the beaten path in the Laguna mountains east of San Diego with a girl friend. What happened was, I felt this intense but extreme clarity of thought, is the only way I can describe it, of a presence that appeared to be coming from the night sky, so intense that it evoked me to actually hold my hand out to the sky and ask out loud "is there somebody out there?" immediately in response to my question, what originally appeared to be one the stars in the sky made itself known and started moving up and down as in a "yes" type motion while displaying brightly multiple luminous colors scintillating around the craft. I called my girl friend over to confirm what I was seeing, saying "do you see what I'm seeing?" she did, and felt a bit uncomfortable with the situation, which is unfortunate, as I wanted to interact with them, and have them come closer in, but I felt they did not want to psychologically impact us if they sensed any fear.

That experience showed me that looking to communicate with extraterrestrials using the common mode of communications that we use here on earth with the electromagnetic spectrum is rather futile. As advanced off planet cultures dealing with millions of light years in distances would understand the matrix of consciousness which is communicated by thought instantaneously anywhere in the cosmos. In the work I did with Dr. Marcel Vogel who was IBM's head scientist, he proved in his laboratory experiments with man-to-plant life communications that he was able to get a reaction on the script chart recorder in his lab at IBM in California all the way from from Prague, Czechoslovakia on the other side of the planet instantaneously, showing that the inverse square law of electromagnetic propagation does not apply to the energies of mind. This was documented in the book "The Secret Life of Plants" Ref

Seeking extraterrestrial communication on the wrong channel

The SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) project utilizes an expensive vast array of radio telescopes in an attempt to search for communications from extraterrestrial civilizations. While they continue to search, it may just be as some call it a "Silly Effort To Investigate" using the electromagnetic spectrum. Whereas the transmitting and receiving equipment within the human body is far in advance of these technologies. Within the CIA, these human abilities are taken quite seriously and are utilized in remote viewing programs to gather intelligence, as well as other technologies that have been developed that work to augment the abilities of the human psyche.

People are reporting thousands of sightings around the world

Many thousands of people across the planet have observed these craft. I have personally seen them a number of times over the years, but have never bothered to report any of these sightings. You can imagine that is probably the norm, and that the number of sightings that are officially reported compared to those that go unreported must be enormously huge. Of course there is a certain amount of human misidentification in these reports, but not all of them.

President Ronald Reagan made a startling admission in his Presidential Diary on June 11, 1985:

"Lunch with 5 top space scientists. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people."

NASA’s Space Shuttle program at the time held a maximum of eleven people per shuttle, and only five were built for space flight. It appears Reagan was briefed regarding a secret space program that the public was not aware of.

in late 1985, Reagan began making peaceful overtures to Mikhail Gorbachev, the newly installed leader of the Soviet Union, to cooperate against a “hypothetical” extraterrestrial threat. The carrot Reagan dangled for global cooperation was advanced space technologies from the U.S. secret space program. This culminated in a secret agreement between the U.S., the Soviet Union and other major nations to create a United Nations space program.

Linda Moulton Howe interviews "Brian" a Navy officer who was in Antarctica – his C130 crew encountered unusual activity in Antarctica from 1984/85 to 1987. 1986 DEC - High level FAA official has meeting in which CIA officials swore people to secrecy and confiscated all evidence regarding UFO incident of Japan Air Flight 1628

John Callahan was for 6 years the Division Chief of the Accidents and Investigations Branch of the FAA in Washington DC. In his testimony he tells about a 1986 Japanese Airlines 747 flight that was followed by a UFO for 31 minutes over the Alaskan skies. The UFO also trailed a United Airlines flight until the flight landed. There was visual confirmation as well as air-based and ground-based radar confirmation. This event was significant enough for the then FAA Administrator, Admiral Engen, to hold a briefing the next day where the FBI, CIA, President Reagan’s Scientific Study Team, as well as others attended. Videotape radar evidence, air traffic voice communications and paper reports were compiled and presented. At the conclusion of this meeting, the attending CIA members instructed everyone present that ‘"the meeting never took place" and that "this incident was never recorded." Not realizing that there was additional evidence, they confiscated just the evidence presented, but Mr. Callahan was able to secure videotape and audio evidence of the event. At the National Press Club Mr. Callahan brought all of that evidence and stated he was willing to testify under oath before congress regarding his testimony.

1987 SEP 21 - Ronald Reagan's 'Alien Threat' speech from the 42d Session of the United-Nations General Assembly, New York

"Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world."

In this address, he postulated upon his "fantasy" of an alien species, from outside this world, invading Earth. Reagan thought that this would unite all humanity and tear down national borders. He also said that an alien force is already amongst us. If this were not remarkable itself, look at this. Before he gave the address, his speech writer, Rhett Dawson, removed his comments from Mr. Reagan's draft.

Note that previously Reagan's first meeting with Gorbachev in Geneva, Switzerland in December of 1985, Gorbachev recounted that.. "At our meeting in Geneva, the U.S. President said that if the earth faced an invasion by extraterrestrials, the United States and the Soviet Union would join forces to repel such an invasion. I shall not dispute the hypothesis, though I think it's early yet to worry about such an intrusion..."

The result of Reagan and Gorbachev’s private discussions about cooperating on an extraterrestrial threat was the creation of an alleged United Nations Secret Space Program.  According to Goode, this program is called the “Global Galactic League of Nations” and operates in interstellar space, with at least one base in an adjoining star system.

Reagan attached to such a threat is further revealed in his response to a question he received in Chicago on May 4, 1988. Reagan was asked: "What do you consider to be the most important need in international relations?"

Was Reagan subtly offering Gorbachev some of the advanced technology of the secret U.S. space program, in return for the Soviets cooperating on the alien threat scenario which required ending the Cold War?

The End of the Cold War was a consequence of President Reagan’s efforts to engineer global cooperation in response to an alien threat. The creation of a Global Galactic League of Nations would have directly addressed such a threat, and also sparked increased global cooperation; a direct factor to the end of the Cold War.

Disclosure Project Witness Mark McCandlish also testified in Washington. Mark is an accomplished aerospace illustrator and has worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the United States. His colleague, Brad Sorenson, with whom he studied, has been inside a facility at Norton Air Force Base on November 12, 1988, where he witnessed alien reproduction vehicles, or ARVs, that were fully operational and hovering.  In his testimony, he learned that the US not only has operational antigravity propulsion devices, but we have had them for many decades, and they have been developed through the study, in part, of extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years. According to a lecture from a four-star general that Sorensen heard while there, the ARVs in operation had already traversed much of the solar system by then. If accurate, this means the NASA rocket based technology we've been lead to believe is the state-of-the-art for going into space is nothing more than an elaborate expensive distraction to hide these advanced technologies.

1989 - 57 different species of extraterrestrials interacting with Earth are catalogued
Former Army Sergeant Extraterrestrial Retrieval team member who worked at NATO, Clifford Stone stated that when he got out of the military in 1989, 57 different varieties of alien beings had been catalogued. He acted as an "interfacer" face to face with these beings, and stated that ”I was involved in situations where we actually did recoveries of crashed saucers. There were bodies that were involved with some of these crashes. Also some of these were alive,” he said. “While we were doing this, we were telling the American public there was nothing to it. We were telling the world there was nothing to it,” Mr Stone added. ”You have individuals that look very much like you and myself, that could walk among us and you wouldn’t even notice the difference”. A brief history of military recovery operations

The United States Army created what was known as the Interplanetary Phenomenon Research Unit as early as 1942 according to documents. This was at that time made up of the Army's CIC (Counterintelligence) people. In 1947 when the US Air Force was created as a separate entity as a result of the National Security Act of 1947, those CIC people moved over into USAF OSI (Office of Special Investigations).

From 1947 to January of 1953, the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), were doing the initial investigations and monitoring the UFO situation and were based at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. This unit would be known as the 4602nd Air Intelligence Service Squadron (AISS).

The intent of "Operation Blue Fly" was the immediate field exploitation and recovery of any enemy or presumed enemy aircraft that went down in the continental United States or friendly territories overseas. This included the recovery and field exploitation of those items, which are called unidentified flying objects.

All of this data was transferred to U.S. Air Force "Detachment 35", which collected all the data, pictures, reports, photographs, and physical evidence dealing with reliable reports of UFOs. In 1987, the Air Force was to acknowledge that "Operation Blue Fly" had in fact had its name changed. "Project Moondust", which was the overall field exploitation, also had its name changed.

As reports came in, the Air Force's "Project Blue Book", which was later terminated in 1969, would appear to the public as the Air Force's accountability program to the large number of reports coming in. While the real intention of Blue Book was just the opposite, as to not alert the public to the very real reality of extraterrestrial craft coming to earth and being recovered by special teams and reverse engineered. So Blue Book, which the public could access, would get watered-down versions of the reports, particularly of the really good reports that came in. The original reports would stay highly classified within "Detachment 35" of the Air Force.

In this document it lists four basic types of EBEs so-far confirmed. And they are listed here in descending order of their influences on our planet.

A. Earth-like humanoids. There are several variations more-or-less like ourselves. The majority of these are friendly and are the bulk of our EBE contacts. Most have a high degree of psychic ability and all use science and engineering of an advanced nature.

B. Small humanoids or “Grays”. The Grays, so–called for the hue of their skin possessed by most of this type, are a sort of drone. They are not unlike the worker ants or bees…. They are mostly under the psychic control of the Earth-like humanoids who raise them like pets (or a kind of slave). Assuming the Greys are under benign control, they are harmless.

C. Non-humanoid EBEs. These are in several classes and come from worlds where dominant morphology took a different evolutionary course. Many of these are dangerous not for organized hostile intentions, but because such creatures do not hold human life as sacred…. Thus far, contact has been minimal with only a handful of unfortunate encounters.

D. Transmorphic Entities. Of all the forms of EBE studied so far by Operation Majestic, these are the most difficult to understand or even to give a description of. Essentially, such entities are not “beings” or “creatures” … exist in some either dimension or plane which is to say not in our space or time. They do not use devices or travel in space…. In essence these entities are composed of pure mind energies. … They are said (by other EBEs) to be capable of taking on any physical form that they “channel” their energy … as matter.

The briefing document describes what happened as a result of Tesla’s experiments:

The extraterrestrial intelligence (EI’s) attempted to respond to his transmissions in a form of binary code that they routinely use for long range communications (evidently these energies act instantly at a distance and are not limited to the speed of light) and ask that he cease sending. Of course, Tesla had no way of understanding the message he received back from space. Fortunately, the anger of local residents at the side-effects of his research forced him to shut down the Colorado Springs experiments in the same year he began them. Significantly, the briefing document is acknowledging that communications were instantaneous, and that the speed of light is not an absolute limit, at least for the kind of communications used by the aliens.

The document reveals that there was a “controlled landing” of a flying saucer on March 25, 1948 in Aztec, New Mexico, which the briefing document describes:

"The controlled landing occurred in a small desert canyon on the private grazing land of a local farmer and rancher… about 12.2 miles northeast of Aztec New Mexico. The ship was determined to be 99.983 feet in diameter. Inside the upper cabin .. the team found the bodies of two (2) small humanoids about four feet in height strapped into seats like those in a jet cockpit… The extraterrestrials were dead." 

The briefing document reported that the extraterrestrials had died because of an atmospheric leak caused by impact with a nearby cliff face. The report then described the discovery of cryogenic tubes with human-looking bodies in the lower level, four of which were successfully resuscitated:

" A closer look at the sealed tubes which looked like the doors of clothes dryers at a laundromat revealed that they were a complex form of refrigeration system. Two were empty and twelve contained the bodies of what looked like human adults and small children as well as infants, all frozen as if preserved for specimens…. Eventually the medical team was able to resuscitate one adult Earth-like humanoid male and three (3) Earth-like humanoid infants, all about six (6) months of age: two male and one female. The rest of the infants and one more short, gray-skinned, large-headed OBE, perished."

President Truman granted diplomatic status to the adult humanoid for an information exchange. The being lived on the Los Alamos complex from APR 1948 till MAR 1949 at a safe house with Army Intelligence where he had meetings with Truman and military intelligence and scientists, where they recorded 683 pages of transcripts regarding his civilization. On AUG 21,1949 he was returned to his people at a meeting site southwest of Kirtland Air Force Base at Albuquerque, New Mexico. The remaining infants were then gifted to us and were to be raised in human society and establish friendly relations between their world and ours. Ref

According to calculations from the prestigious Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, the Middle-East wars are ending up costing as much as $6 trillion to the American taxpayers. In his speech President George H. W. Bush uses the term a "New World Order":
"The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective—a New World Order—can emerge: A new era—freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice and more secure in the quest for peace." 1991 JAN 29 - President George H. W. Bush speaks again regarding a New World Order in an address before a Joint Session of the Congress on the State of the Union

The world can therefore seize this opportunity to fufill the long-held promise of a New World Order - where brutality will go unrewarded, and aggression will meet collective resistance." Ref

Curiously with the Bush family connections of his father Prescott Bush, who supported Adolph Hitler, who used the same exact terminology during a speech during World War II.

1991 - The Navy League Rogue Valley Council in Medford, Oregon is created

William Tompkins created the Navy League Rogue Valley Council in Medford, Oregon and became its inaugural President. Tompkins was given permission to create a number of “Special Projects” from 1991 to 1999 involving extraterrestrial life and advanced technologies at a council of the Navy League of the United States. The purpose was to use this civilian organization as a vehicle for educating retired Navy officers and their children about the reality of these pressing issues.

One of the Special Projects involved reports of UFO’s seen entering and leaving Mount Shasta, which was believed to be an extraterrestrial base. Yet, another “Special Project” was a contact program where personnel could meet and interact with Nordic extraterrestrials at a remote mountain location in the Cascades. Tompkins has described how holographic technologies were used to help participants learn about the history of extraterrestrial life, and their interactions with Earth. Ref

1991 JUL 11 - UFO over Mexico City on the day of the solar eclipse is seen by thousands and video taped
Many citizens of Mexico City looked to the sky to see the last total solar eclipse of the twentieth century. While many watched the eclipse, they noticed a UFO flying in the sky. This was video taped from serveral areas around Mexico City. Jaime Maussan the producer of Mexico's version of 60 Minutes were videotaping the eclipse when they saw the metallic object in the sky. After the UFO was shown on television thousands of people called to say that they had seen a similar object that same day. Several of the viewers also sent in videotapes of the UFO. Ref Ref

UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. The Agenda 21 is not considered to be law under Article Six of the United States Constitution. President George H. W. When Ben Rich said "Anything you can imagine" this is backed by witnesses that have seen teleportation occur as well as the faster than light speed anti-gravity vehicles. So anything you've seen in science fiction is probably only scratching the surface of what technologies are hidden in these unacknowledged projects which have taken in trillions of dollars for R&D from the 1950's to the present day. That is a lot to imagine that has been hidden!

 

Bill McDonald, a forensic illustrator for the aerospace industry shared a communication from John Andrews who had told him of claims made by Ben Rich during private communications in which he stated:

That there were two types of UFOs: “the ones we build, and the ones they build.”

"It was Ben Rich's opinion that the public should not be told. He believed they could not handle the truth—ever.
