Secret Space Program Witnesses (SSPW)
Today Secret Space Program Witness (SSPW) testimonies are coming out from some individuals who were personally recruited via MILAB programs into Secret Space Program operations. As these testimonies, if valid, may possibly help explain and tie together missing elements in the historical time line, so for that reason are being included. Some of these testimonies are highly controversial, as for some people it will be hard to accept, as there is limited supporting documentation by most of these witnesses to validate and support some of these new incredible testimonies, except for the case of William Tompkins.
Dr. Steven Greer claims that these Secret Space Program witnesses that reveal extraterrestrial races that could be considered predatory in nature, such as a Reptilian race, are victims of psychotronic holographic technologies that were developed as far back as the 1950s, and have been used to implant scripted memories of extraterrestrial races abusing captive humans into their memories. The purpose, Greer believes of these false imprinted memories, are to serve as a prelude to an impending false flag alien event, justifying a negative ET threat in people's minds.
Researcher Dr. Michael Salla has extensively researched the testimonies of Corey Goode and William Tompkins, the latter of which has provided substantial documentation and witness verification of his testimony. On the other hand, although there is much collaborating testimony between Goode and Tompkins, Goode unlike Tompkins was exposed to MILAB operations at an early age that could have possibly planted false screen memories, as Dr. Greer claims. Yet credibility is indirectly given to Goode due to his testimony collaborating so closely to Tompkins, who has a well documented background. Both of these witnesses have referenced the existence of a Reptilian race, which had entered into alliance with Nazi Germany back in the 1930s. The concern which Dr. Salla expressed regarding viewing all ET races as more ethical and benevolent than people on Earth, as the Vatican has expressed, is a possible incomplete view and could potentially lead to another type of deception of angelic looking extraterrestrials appearing that help humanity and establish a “New Cosmic Esoteric World Religion” that we would possibly worship as we have done in the ancient past with advanced races visiting Earth. Indications are, considering you are still alive and reading this, that the universe is filled with diversity as it is here on Earth, and that the vast majority of races who have evolved over great expanses of time are benevolent in nature, but discernment is always important, as we have much yet to learn about the other life forms that we share the cosmos with. Never the less, these testimonies are included. Because of the conflicting views I feel it is important to isolate the Secret Space Program Witness (SSPW) testimonials from the established known testimonies and documents of the past in the rest of this article until more data and substantiation of these testimonies are available, in which time will reveal. Therefore the designator SSPW will proceed these testimonies provided by these sources throughout the historical time line.Example:
SSPW Tompkins:
"They built the prototypes in Germany. They built pre-prototype, something which is ready for production, in Antarctica. They put this stuff in production in the countries all over Germany [Occupied Europe], and they continued to build similar vehicles in Antarctica."
The Indications of a Secret Space Program
The following circumstantial evidence reveals that a secret space program exists, from the testimonies from witnesses and documents, are that Nazi Germany secretly developed anti-gravity in the late 1930's followed decades later by the United States in the mid 1950's
1915 - It's interesting to note that in the early 1900's, Nikola Tesla was in correspondence with Maria Orsic, both of which were born in Croatia. Maria was receiving anti-gravity craft plans in ancient Sumerian through her mediumship and shared with Tesla their mutual interest in anti-gravity related discoveries and extraterrestrial contacts. The anti-gravity craft which the Vril Society were able to create and the craft that Tesla taught Otis T. Carr how to create an anti-gravity vehicle, which he did in 1959. Both Maria and Tesla's vehicle designs used consciousness to pilot and control the craft. Nikola Tesla had publicly stated as far back as 1915 that he knew how to build an antigravity flying vehicle:"My flying machine will have neither wings nor propellers. You might see it on the ground, and you would never guess that it was a flying machine. Yet it will be able to move at will through the air in any direction with perfect safety."

1944 - An FBI Teletype describes an FBI interview on Nov 7th 1957 of Polish POW who witnessed a German flying saucer in a secure enclosure in 1944, while he was being held as a POW in Germany. Where he stated:
"UPON INTERVIEW ADVISED THAT WHILE GERMAN POW DURING (1944) NINETEEN FORTYFOUR OBSERVED A VEHICLE DESCRIBED AS CIRCULAR IN SHAPE, SEVENTY FIVE TO ONE HUNDRED YARDS IN DIAMETER, APPROXIMATELY FOURTEEN FEET HIGH. THE VEHICLE WAS OBSERVED TO SLOWLY RISE VERTICALLY TO HEIGHT SUFFICIENT TO CLEAR FIFTY FOOT WALL AND TO MOVE SLOWLY HORTIZONTALLY A SHORT DISTANCE OUT OF VIEW …" Ref
1945 - Nazi Germany having anti-gravity spacecraft in the 1940s is supported by a 1952 CIA Document. George Klein, a famous German engineer and aircraft expert, described the experimental construction of ‘flying saucers’ carried out by him from 1941 to 1945. Klein stated that he was present when, in 1945, the first piloted ‘flying saucer’ took off and reached a speed of 1,300 miles per hour within 3 minutes. Ref

"Georg Klein, a German engineer, stated recently that though many people believe the “flying saucers” to be a postwar development, they were actually in the planning stage in German aircraft factories as early as 1941. Klein said that he was … present in Prague on 14 February 1945, at the first experimental flight of a flying saucer.” Ref

Walt Disney and Werner von Braun
1954 - Walt Disney and Werner von Braun used television to sell to the public that the use of rocket propulsion is the future for space travel in over coming Earth's gravity. Von Braun worked with Disney Studio as a technical director, making three films about space exploration for television. Von Braun and and his mentor Dr. Hermann Oberth obviously knew full well that anti-gravity using torsion physics had already been accomplished secretly by Nazi Germany in the 1930s and decades later by a heavily Nazi infiltrated United States by the year 1954. These hidden technologies in comparison, make the use of rocket propulsion primitive and obsolete. During this time any alternative approaches or discoveries in anti-gravity were suppressed and hidden from the public. Ref Ref Ref Ref

1954 OCT 12 - The Aviation Report listed in the Aviation Studies (International) Ltd. are suggestive of what was going on behind the scenes. In 1954 they predicted that:
"... progress has been slow. But indications are now that the Pentagon is ready to sponsor a range of devices to help further knowledge." ... "Tentative targets now being set anticipate that the first disk should be complete before 1960 and it would take the whole of the ‗sixties to develop it properly, even though some combat things might be available ten years from now." 1958 - This year NASA is created. If anti-gravity propulsion was developed several decades ago, which made the use of rocket propulsion as used today obsolete, then it becomes apparent that the heavily Nazi infiltrated NASA is a front which continues to make the public believe that rockets are the only method of overcoming the gravitational pull of our planet. This is also made apparent by the following statement from the head of Lockheed Skunkworks Ben Rich who said publicly in 1993:
"We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an Act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity...Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do."
NASA rocket propulsion, an expensive public diversion from the full truth of overcoming gravity since 1954?
1959 NOV - Nikola Tesla taught Otis Carr how electromagnetic energy could be freely harnessed from the abundant electrical energy in the atmosphere. Otis Carr set about testing Tesla’s anti-gravity principles in 1937, when he began creating a model spacecraft. In November 1959, Otis Carr successfully patented his design for a full scale civilian spacecraft called the OTC-X1. US Patent # 2,912,244 Ref
Carr described this process as follows:
"We have capacitor plates and electro-magnets as a part of this system. Now this is counter-rotating, the electro-magnets rotate in one direction and the accumulator, the batteries rotate in another. The capacitor plates rotate in conjunction with the battery so that we have a clockwise and counter clockwise rotation. Now the third system is the cabin that maintains the crew. This does not rotate, it is fixed due to the fact the two bodies are rotating clockwise and counter clockwise. Therefore the system causes the craft to escape from the gravity pull. The craft itself due to this system still has internal gravity because it still has the same weight that it had in the beginning."Carr’s design would create an entirely new gravitational field inside the craft. This effectively created a zero mass environment inside his craft that would suspend the normal laws of inertia. This zero mass environment would enable the spacecraft to achieve light speed velocity.
OTC-X1 Pilot gives testimony
In March 2006, a largely unknown individual came forward to reveal that he was one of three pilots manning a successful test flight of Carr’s full scale prototype, the OTC-X1. A technician at the time, Ralph Ring claims he was recruited into Carr’s team, which was attempting to build a 45-foot prototype spacecraft after the relocation to California in 1959. RefRing’s statement suggests Carr had developed a propulsion system that had similarities to the temporal drive first developed by the Vril Society— which effectively would teleport a Vril spacecraft itself through space-time. It is alleged that Tesla’s ideas were a key part of the U.S. Navy’s 1943 ‘Philadelphia Experiment’, which was successful in teleporting the USS Eldridge through space and time.
Ralph Ring OTC-X1 Pilot
According to Ring, this navigation system used the conscious intent of the pilots rather than conventional technology.
"The Utron was the key to it all. Carr said it accumulated energy because of its shape, and focused it, and also responded to our conscious intentions. When we operated the machine, we didn't work any controls. We went into a kind of meditative state and all three of us focused our intentions on the effect we wanted to achieve. Carr had tapped into some principle which is not understood, in which consciousness melds with engineering to create an effect.Two weeks after the successful test of the OTC-X1. He said that Carr's operation was shut down by the FBI and other government agencies in a secret raid involving seven or eight truckloads of armed government personnel. The FBI told Carr that his project was being closed “because of your threat to overthrow the monetary system of the United States of America.”
Ring claims FBI agents confiscated all the equipment, including the OTC-X1 prototype. They debriefed all of Carr’s employees, warned them to remain silent on what had happened, and made Carr sign non-disclosure agreements.
The apparent motive for the government suppression is to protect U.S. industrial interests in the energy sector, which would have been threatened by knowledge of how to draw free electrical energy from the atmosphere. U.S. corporations dominate the energy sector around the planet, and the appearance of “free energy” technologies would wreak havoc on their stock value. This would impact negatively on the entire U.S. economy.
Carr had succeeded in applying Tesla’s principles into a teleportation spacecraft/ device that manipulated space-time. In addition, he had developed a viable navigation system based on a mind-technology interface between the pilots and the spacecraft.
According to Lt. Col. Philip Corso, who from 1961-1963 worked as the head of the U.S. Army’s Foreign Technology desk at its Research and Development Division, the Pentagon had been actively seeking information about how to replicate the mind-technology interface found in captured alien spacecraft. Corso explained how the navigation element had yet to be understood:
"There were crashes elsewhere, and they [the Germans] gathered material too. The Germans were working on it…. They did a lot of experiments on flying saucers. But where all, we and they, missed out was on the guidance system. In R& D we began to realize that this being [an ET] was part of the guidance system."SSPW Goode:
According to Goode, key elements in the U.S. Military Industrial Complex, which had been infiltrated by Nazi sympathizers due to secret agreements with the Vril/ Nazi breakaway group did not want the Navy learning about Carr’s successful efforts. The MJ-12 Group, along with the CIA, both of which had been compromised, had the means and resources to arrange for Carr’s project to be shut down, for him to be discredited, and his technicians to be threatened into silence.
Scientists and inventors that develope any type of "Anti-gravity device" are suppressed with a National Security Order"National Security Orders" are issued from the U.S. Patent Office (Actual Example) when an inventor files for a patent on any type of Anti-gravity device. This order does not allow the public to benefit from their invention, stating that it conflicts with “National Security interests”. Once an order is received it will not allow the scientist/inventor (of which I've personally met several over the years in my research that have received these) to share anything about their invention with anyone. Thus keeping the public to believe that the only method of overcoming gravity is through the use of rocket propulsion. We know that over 5,100 patents in this manner have been suppressed from the public, not allowing the world to benefit from these brilliant breakthroughs made by great minds on this planet.
According to the Institute for New Energy, as of 1997, “the U.S. Patent Office has classified over 3,000 patent devices or applications under the secrecy order, Title 35, U.S. Code (1952) Sections 181-188.” The Federation of American Scientists revealed that by the end of Fiscal Year 2010, this number had risen to 5,135 inventions. Under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, patent applications on new inventions are subject to SECRECY ORDERS restricting their publication if government agencies believe that disclosure would be “detrimental to the national security.” RefSensitive Application Warning System (SAWS) - The method of Anti-gravity device suppression
US Patent Office Memo on SAWSThrough the National Security apparatus, the US Patent Office has been using a secret system to withhold the approval of applications having to do with items such as free energy or anti-gravity or a number of other inventions that appear to violate the known laws of physics, not allowing for those who happen to discover unknown laws of physics. Disclosure Project Witnesses Testimonial Accounts Reveal Indications that a Secret Space Program Exists
1988 NOV 12 - Besides my own testimony, which I gave on May 9th 2001 at the National Press Club in Washington DC regarding craft emerging out of the ocean in US Navy secret classified reports. The other witnesses I joined had much more explosive testimonies. Such as Karl Wolfe in the USAF, who visually witnessed a base on the dark side of the moon. NASA 20 year employee Donna Hare gave testimony of NASA airbrushing out UFOs before releasing them to the public. She also stated that the astronauts were told to keep secret what they experienced on the moon.
Mark McCandlish described in detail an exhibit of alien reproduction vehicles or ARVs for top brass at Norton AFB in 1988. Note that these were not examples of the latest anti-gravity technologies but rather the antiques you could say, that were built decades ago. You can imagine what decades of highly secret compartmentalized research and advancement could achieve that is hidden in present day. Each of us stated at the end of our testimonies that we were willing to testify under oath before congress.

A UK hacker discovers in the Naval Space Command computers evidence of a Secret Space Program
2002 - In 2002 Gary McKinnon inspired by the 2001 National Press Club Disclosure Project witness testimonies, and wanted to find out the truth for himself.
UK Hacker Gary McKinnonWhat McKinnon found when hacking into the systems of US Naval Space Command, says he found a log that listed "non-terrestrial officers" on Navy fleet to fleet transfers, as well as the names of the ships being the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter. Typically Navy ship names just have two S’, an acronym for United States Ship, however there are three S’ here, presumably could stand for United States Space Ship. These ship names do not exist in any fleet of the terrestrial US Navy's ocean going inventory. McKinnon claimed that his hacking uncovered photographic proof of Navy spacecraft and the names and ranks of "non-terrestrial officers."

McKinnon said "they are some very credible, relied-upon people (Disclosure Project witnesses), all saying yes, there is UFO technology, there's anti-gravity, there's free energy, and it's extraterrestrial in origin and they've captured spacecraft and reverse engineered it." He said he investigated Donna Hare's testimony of a NASA photographic expert's claim that at the Johnson Space Center's Building 8, that images were regularly cleaned of evidence of UFO craft, and confirmed this, comparing the raw originals with the "processed" images. He claimed to have viewed a detailed image of "something not man-made" and "cigar shaped" floating above the northern hemisphere.
Solar Warden
What is interesting to note is that the secret space program called "Solar Warden" was revealed independently from several sources. Gary McKinnon found that name while hacking into the US Naval Space Command computers. It is also referenced by William Tompkins, Corey Goode and Jason Rice.
SSPW Goode:
These five programs have developed bases on the Moon and Mars; and/ or developed fleets capable of interstellar travel. Each of these programs is controlled either by national security or corporate elites, or by secret societies. So What is the Full Truth regarding this Secret Space Program?
There is an abundance of evidence indicating that a Secret Space Program does indeed exist. What is important is that the full truth and not a spin or limited hangout of the truth is released. All of us must be vigilant and highly scrutinize any and all discrepancies, ulterior motives and or agendas of what these testimonies indicate.
The people need the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth regarding this reality, a reality that has been hidden from the people of Earth for so many decades.
The Secret Space Program Witness Testimonies
William Tompkins
In December 2015, William Tompkins a retired aerospace engineer now in his mid 90's, released the first volume of his autobiography titled Selected by Extraterrestrials: My life in the top secret world of UFOs., think-tanks and Nordic secretaries.
The Office of Naval Intelligence recognized the talent Tompkins possessed at age 17 in his ability to memorize in detail Navy ships in which he created exact scale models. His recreations even displayed secret classified details on the ships which the ONI did not wish to display publicly. Tompkins, due to his talent, was consequently recruited into the Navy’s covert espionage program during WWII from 1942 to 1946 to study and reverse engineer Nazi-designed antigravity space craft. According to Tompkins the Nazis had secretly advanced greatly ahead of the US in their secret space program. The US Navy had 29 operatives embedded within the Nazi operations that were relaying technical information to Tompkins.
His mission was to reproduce the complex extraterrestrial data that was given to the Nazi SS, which were either described by the naval operatives or contained within the documents they possessed, and then take these reproductions to different corporate Navy contractors. The contractors would proceed to design, reproduce and test various elements of the anti-gravity spacecraft, which were at various stages of production in Nazi Germany facilities in Europe, South America and Antarctica.
Tompkins claims operatives revealed in the top secret debriefings that up to and during the World War II, there were two flying saucer programs under development. The first group was a civilian German space program that had been inspired by a Nordic group of extraterrestrials who were communicating through young female German mediums. The second program was assisted by a group of extraterrestrials called the Reptilians, who had reached secret agreements with Hitler.
While Tompkins worked as an aerospace engineer at Douglas Aircraft he says that he worked with two attractive female Nordic extraterrestrials who were employed as secretaries, and they telepathically guided him in the designs for the more advanced space craft that would eventually be secretly built by the U.S. Navy. Tompkin's claims he was selected by these extraterrestrial Nordic's because he was a "preferred human contactee". This suggests that the U.S. Navy had reached a secret agreement with a friendly group of extraterrestrials in the early 1950s to develop their own space program. It would become the counter to the Nazi/German space program in Antarctica, which was being helped by Reptilian extraterrestrials.
Unlike other secret space program witnesses, Tompkins has many official documents substantiating his claims that have been authenticated by document expert Dr. Robert Wood, who also being an ex-Douglas Aircraft employee, was also able to verify his employment there as well. Dr. Wood was so impressed by his credentials that he helped Tompkins in the editing of his book.
Dr. Michael Salla has done some in-depth research into William Tompkins testimony. I have corroborated with Dr. Salla on some of these FOIA documents regarding Rear Admiral Rico Botta who was listed in these documents. Admiral Botta was put in charge of this covert program by Secretary of the Navy James Forrestal. My detective friend Monique Lessan utilized her investigative services to assist in locating some of the information on him. Ref Ref
Much of the testimony of William Tompkins does corroborate with Corey Goode's testimony, lending some credibility to Goode due to the supportive documentation that Tompkins has. Tompkins says that when he was given a copy of Michael Salla's "Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs", he was shocked to find how closely the information – largely based on an investigation of Corey Goode’s testimony on five secret space programs – aligned with his own independent knowledge of the U.S. Navy’s involvement in building a secret space program based on what had been acquired earlier from Nazi Germany. Nether Tompkins nor Goode knew of each other. It was only after the publication of Tompkins book in December of 2015 that Tompkins editor, Dr. Robert Wood, received a copy of Michael Salla's book with Goode's testimony that he noted the remarkable similarities between Goode's and Tompkins history and development of secret space programs which could be traced back to the 29 Navy spies and approximately 1200 nightly debriefings that Tompkins attended from 1942 to 1946. These debriefings run by Admiral Rico Botta out of Naval Air Station, San Diego were recorded by stenographers in a format which Goode recalls seeing that he read which were prepared decades ago displayed on smart glass pads during his Secret Space Program enlistment.

Comparing the testimonies of Secret Space Program witnesses brought in through MILAB and served in the 20 and back military enlistment.
Serving a twenty year tour of duty in the secret space programs is the fundamental claim of three whistleblowers that began at around the age of 5-6 where they were specially selected trained and altered for their 20 year service which started at around age 17, where they signed a 20 year enlistment contract at the Lunar Operations Command. At the end of their tour they are age regressed and time traveled back to the age of their enlistment to carry out their normal time line on earth exactly at the point where they departed. All 3 have been encouraged to come forward with their testimonies from within the higher command in the SSP.

The reason these testimonies are questionable is due to the fact that they were part of a MILAB program at an early age. It's important to question all testimonies, as there is always the possibility that they could be part of an elaborate psychological warfare operation. Another possibility is that some of their memories are screen memories implanted by their former covert controllers designed to confuse, misinform or redirect those seeking to find the truth about their secret space program claims. The goal of such a psychological warfare experiment might range from testing the general public in terms of how far it will go in accepting fabrications about secret space programs and extraterrestrial life, or to prepare the public for the psychological impact of the impending future disclosures on these topics.
The importance of a polygraph lie detection exam
Any witness that is telling the truth should be more than welcoming a polygraph exam in order to help validate their testimony. Especially because of the unbelievable nature of the testimonies by secret space program 20 year duty and back witnesses having total recall. The fact that the CIA has a long history of infiltrating the disclosure movement with their planted assets in order to discredit valid testimonies from gaining public credibility, it is important that every SSP witness be put through a qualified independent polygraph exam in order to detect any deception. An infiltrated CIA asset could be provided a lot of accurate information in order to gain credibility and acceptance by the research community, while at the same time mixing in lies with their testimony in order to discredit other valid testimonies. They could also have a strong monetary interest associated with their testimony which helps to discredit their motivational intentions as to having an ulterior motive of financial gain from their testimony. Corey Goode has previously copyrighted as an IP - US Trademark "20 and Back", "Dark Fleet", “Lunar Operations Command”,“Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate”,"Blue Avians",“Anshar” and "Sphere Being Alliance" etc.which he claims are specific terms created by the IP owned by Corey Goode. This he claims is to be used as an asset and for Sphere Being Alliance Entertainment and not for public or 'fair use/ public use.These actions by Corey Goode could be considered to be similar to that of how a Counter Disclosure Asset would conduct as an operation to potentially discredit through association other SSP witnesses with testimonies based on real events. Hypothetically, if a counter disclosure asset was commissioned by deep state controlled intelligence agencies who wanted to suppress the disclosure of other SSP witnesses who were recruited for 20 years and returned to their point of enlistment which is commonly referred to in the SSP as "20 and Back" and not allow them to use that term or the common name for the Nazi Nacht Waffen Fleet referred to as the "Dark Fleet" without legal repercussions, this would help to impede disclosure.
In order to gain credibility a Counter Disclosure Asset could be briefed by their agency handler to put out into the public 90% truthful real SSP information in order to gain credibility and match what other SSP witnesses are disclosing, while mixing in fabricated information that will later be revealed as false, and through association with the real information, attempt to discredit the real information and other real SSP witnesses.
Information based prior to Goode's admission:
Corey Goode's testimony corroborates highly with William Tompkins giving him the credibility that Tompkins provided through documentation and FOIA requests. Much of his knowledge comes through the use of "smart glass pads" which contained historical information during his tour of duty in space. He said that at the end of my tour I would be “Age Regressed” and “Blank-slated” and returned to the time when I left.
Goode’s comment that Cramer’s info was a “must listen” suggests that he was confirming the legitimacy of aspects of Cramer’s testimony rather than using it as a base for concocting a similar story.
The connection between Goode and Tompkins became apparent when Goode’s revelations were first released in book form by Dr. Michael Salla in Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Life (September 2015), neither Tompkins nor Goode knew of each other. It was only after the publication of Tompkins book, Selected by Extraterrestrials (December 2015) that its editor, Dr. Robert Wood, received a copy of the book. After reading it, he noted the remarkable similarities between my analysis of the history and development of secret space programs, which was based largely on Goode’s testimony, and what Tompkins was saying in his own newly released book.
After further investigation, it turned out that the substantive match between Tompkins and Goode’s respective histories of the secret space programs could be traced back to the 29 Navy spies and approximately 1200 nightly debriefings that Tompkins attended from 1942 to 1946. These debriefings run were by Admiral Rico Botta out of Naval Air Station, San Diego by stenographers. These very 1940s documents Goode claims to have read on the smart glass pads that were prepared by those stenographers decades ago and uploaded to the smart glass pad's expansive historical database. A Future Full Disclosure Event?Goode has claimed that the SSP Alliance disclosure plan involves massive official document dumps, whistleblower testimonies, and television broadcasts that will reveal the truth about humanity’s situation, and lead to Nuremburg War Crime like trials against (former) leaders of the Cabal led SSPs. After a “Full Disclosure Event,” Goode describes a very positive future for humanity which is now ready to experience a Star Trek-like civilization. Here, former victims of the galactic human slave trade or those used as slave labor on Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate facilities can safely return home. Humanity’s evolution is apparently one of the chief goals of the Sphere Being Alliance, according to Goode, and our evolution entails them assisting in this “Full Disclosure Event.”
Goode describes the goal of the Secret Space Program Alliance as a “full disclosure event” involving massive document dumps. Its scale will overwhelm the corporate run media’s ability to spin and limit disclosure efforts to protect elite individuals from being exposed for crimes against humanity. Ref
Goode has not given any specific dates for the disclosure and ascension related events, explaining that the collective consciousness of humanity will choose to manifest how and when these play out.
This energetic change has a direct effect on not only every planet and star in the region, but also every life form below a certain vibratory level. This can cause extreme swings in the way beings behave. Lower Vibrational (or “Negative Beings”) will become more reactionary and their behavior towards their current polarity will be enhanced. Beings that are Higher Vibrational (or “Positive/ Loving Beings”) will begin to have those qualities enhanced. Beings of both polarities will need some sort of guidance offered by beings that have been through this process so that they can make the decisions to continue to raise their vibrations to match the changing background energetic changes or chose to remain in their current state of lower vibration and self-destruct.

On June 1, 1978, during the second day of bootcamp for the U.S. Marine Corps, Michael Christopher Gerloff was asked whether he wanted to go to space and serve in a “20 and back” program. He recalls everything that subsequently happened during the intake process for his recruitment into the “Space Marines”, and has partial recall of his subsequent activities during his 20 and back service.
In his interview with Dr. Michael Salla, Michael Gerloff stated he took an oath and felt duty bound to support and substantiate the other 20 and back SSP witnesses. He said:
"I agreed and took an oath to come forward with this information... and the obvious reason for that is disclosure, you know the secrecy of this thing although I believe was probably necessary at some point considering all the different variables and the nature of the information, I believe the secrecy has gotten out of control, it's kind of turned into an organism with the life of its own sustaining itself. He underwent brutal training, including sexual abuse and being forced to attend Satanic ritual and engage in cannibalism. He or his group tested as “theta” (psychic). Later on at age 16 in 1988, he went to the Moon.
During his time in the SSP, Tony was treated as a slave and had to work incredibly hard. He and the other recruits were treated with a “carrot and stick” mentality, i.e. either rewarded or punished. He worked as cargo officer on a ship within the Solar System dropping off cargo at various bases (including moons of other planets e.g. Enceladus on Saturn). He reveals how some of the cargo was advanced alien technology (nuclear missiles far more sophisticated than terrestrial nuclear weapons). He mostly worked on Ceres (the largest asteroid in Solar System, in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter). There was a large base concealed in darkness at a location on Ceres where the sun doesn’t shine. Tony recalls visiting many Earth-like planets during his SSP time.
The fact that he recalls so many details (some minor, some major) from his time working in the SSP lends credence to his account. For instance, he saw the Nazi eagle a lot on the uniforms of officials who commanded him (sometimes with a swastika below, sometimes with other symbols)

In support of the Secret Space Program witnesses who claim that teleportation "jump rooms" to Mars exist, is Andrew Basiago who claims to be an early participant in teleportation as well as time travel programs.
I've known Andrew since 2004 before he became public and encouraged him for his safety to get into the public eye. Since then he has been extremely visible in both alternative as well as mainstream media.
Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P. (Dist), M.Phil. (Cantab), is an American lawyer, writer, chrononaut, and 21st century visionary. Andy served in Project Pegasus at the dawn of the Time-Space Age and was one of humanity’s early Mars explorers.
He is a prominent figure in the Truth Movement leading a campaign to lobby the US government to disclose such truths as the fact that the US has achieved “quantum access” to past and future events and has used time travel to place a secret US presence on Mars. His Truth Campaign about time travel and life on Mars is based on direct, personal experience serving on two US defense projects.
In the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, Andy was a child participant in Project Pegasus, which was the US time-space exploration program at the time of the emergence of time travel in the US defense-technical community. Air Force radar specialist witnessed Reptilian aboard spacecraft that took her to operations on the far side of the moonNiara Terela Isley claims she was abducted at age 25 while working for the USAF at the Tonopah Test Range in Nevada. Throughout 1980, she was taken to the moon eight to ten times. What started as an ordinary job working radar consoles at Nellis Air Force base became a special assignment which would change her life. When working at the Tonopah site she was involved with testing the radar signature of craft that appeared to be extraterrestrial and disc shaped which radiated an orange glow at bottom of the craft. Went public Dec 2017Emery Smith a US Air Force veteran with a long history of assignments in highly classified, deep-black covert operations. He has been directly involved in autopsying over 3000 different specimens of 250 different species of extra-terrestrials working at a deep underground highly secured secret biological facility under Kirtland AFB in the New Mexico desert. He worked at both Sandia National Laboratory facilities and Los Alamos National Laboratory facilities.
Additionally, he has personally witnessed multiple crashed UFOs in possession of the military and has studied their composition and operational characteristics. He has been aboard ET craft in these facilities which the DNA frequency of the pilot of the craft is required to match the DNA frequency of the craft itself, essentially making the control of the craft function an extension of the pilot. In his duties in the underground facilities he worked along side various extraterrestrial races. He was briefed that there are currently over 100,000 extraterrestrials that have integrated into our society that look like us. Laura is the great-granddaughter of President Dwight David Eisenhower and she reveals Exopolitical information about his administration, that has been largely held in secrecy. The prophetic speech delivered by Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1961, during which he warned about the future of the military-industrial complex in a foreboding farewell address. Laura Eisenhower says there is more than meets the eye when it comes to her grandfather’s forewarning, involving a secret space program and an insidious agenda by a global elite that has long been in contact with extraterrestrials.
Eisenhower came to notoriety in the UFO community when she came forward claiming she had been recruited to travel to Mars in 2006 with a man, named Agent X. Question Everything and Everyone
Public debate I believe is a healthy thing so long as it stimulates constructive critique of testimonies and motives. The truth has a way intuitively of resonating within us, and truth's hidden elements continually has a way through witnesses and leaked documents, to surface with indicators that point in the direction of revealing potentially the full hidden truth. This can be quite a challenge in a world controlled by elements that do anything and everything to keep these truths secret.
Bill Ryan of Project Camelot questions the validity of Corey Goode in this article. If so, some questions need to be answered as to why his testimony closely follows that of William Tompkins, who is a fully documented witness. All possibilities must taken in consideration. He could as Dr. Greer has claimed, been subjected to MILAB false memory implants. The fact that Goode's testimonies as documented in Dr. Salla's book which was published on September 25, 2015, corroborate so closely to Tompkin's testimonies in his autobiography which wasn't published until July 15, 2016. So how could he know so many similar details which matches Tompkins testimony? Corey Goode responded to Bill Ryan's article accusations here.

The Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt recently created a series highly critical of Corey Goode’s claims of being a secret space program whistleblower, and endorses the views of Project Avalon Founder, Bill Ryan, that Goode fabricated his background as an Information Technology (IT). Dr. Salla has provided evidence that this is a false allegation.
So is Goode a disinformation agent, or someone who wishes to simply capitalize for profit and fame from fabrications? Then the question arises, how did his information become so closely similar to Tompkin's testimony? Could it be that Goode was given this information by those who knew what information Tompkins was coming out with that the Navy supported, which is being opposed by those not wanting the "full disclosure" efforts of the Navy.(i.e. MJ-12, CIA, USAF etc) By doing so, the psychological effect could appear to fully corroborate with what Tompkins is disclosing, of which if based in truth, weaves into the story line purposeful planted disinformation, which the agencies that want a "limited disclosure" have provided Goode. This provides a way to psychologically associate directly with Tompkins testimony, but could eventually be exposed as deliberate false fabrications. The exposure of this false information, that has already gotten heavily promoted public exposure, on outlets like Gaia TV, which is directly associating the testimonies of Goode with Tompkins, then would have the effect of discrediting Tompkin's testimony through association, since they are very similar testimonies. The CIA calls this type of operation a DDT for (Decoy Distract Trash) Essentially Goode could be the Decoy that Distracts everyone with his disinformation, so that when the disinformation is discovered to be false, it trashes in peoples minds any association of that testimony, including Tompkins.
Along these lines Richard Dolan shares his perspective on questioning the new SSP witnesses.
"I mean, if you wanted to lay waste to this field, it'd take you 6 months to get up to speed on the lore that’s out there, and then you could come up with a very detailed story and go to the first person willing to video you, and you, too, could be a whistleblower. And you could then devise impossibly unprovable types of evidence that make it very convenient, that, you know, simply can’t be proven. And without giving away any true science. So, no, I don’t think that this is helpful.
And the only other thing I would add is that if I were running a secret space program, and I did not want the rest of the world to know about it, I would very likely create my own form of disinformation about this, and I would look for people who would be willing to say truly outrageous things, (a) to cause the mainstream skeptical world to just dismiss the whole thing, and (b) to cause the whole enormous group of researchers who take this seriously to go into dead ends. And I believe this is exactly what HAS happened."Again, it's important to question everything and everyone, this is the reason why I've chosen to isolate, but at the same time include these important SSP testimonies.
High level commands in the Department of the Navy are encouraging full disclosure of these operations by these ex-military witnesses
In early 2001, William Tompkins called on Admiral Hugh Webster, Navy League Corporate Director, Washington DC and San Diego CA. Admiral Hugh WebsterIn support of Tompkins testimony, three retired Navy officers, Rear Admiral Larry Marsh, Captain Larry Boeck and Commander Art Lumley, have all agreed to publicly identify themselves in stating that Tompkins is a highly regarded and well respected figure in the Navy and his knowledge in the area of extraterrestrial life and technology.
Randy Cramer claims that he is acting under the orders of his military chain of command in revealing his knowledge of the Mars Defense Force and the secret space program he served on: (Note: The Marine Corps are acting under the Department of the Navy)USMC Brigadier General Smythe told Cramer “I’m giving you the go-ahead to go public with everything you know…”, I asked, “Everything?” and he said, “EVERYTHING!”
Goode, Cramer and Relfe have been respectively encouraged and allowed to come forward, due to factions in the secret space programs who want to prepare the public for the truth about what is really happening on Mars, and secret space programs more generally.
A tacit encouragement occurred after the 1997 Vice-Admiral Wilson incident after what Goode described as a falling out between the Solar Warden program and the other secret space programs sometime in the 1990’s. This is also the period that Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project received significant behind the scenes support; from “White Hats” in the Pentagon and secret space program, with documents being leaked, and whistleblowers being allowed to come forward.
Admiral Tom Wilson was at that time J-2; head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Dr Greer provided code project names to a number of these Unacknowledged Special Access Projects. When the Admiral inquired on these he was told, “Sir, you don’t have a need to know. We can’t tell you.” The head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff was being denied access! The admiral was shocked and angry. He told Dr. Greer “Well, as far as I am concerned, if you can get people who know about this matter to talk on the record, you have my permission to go to the media with this. This group is illegal.”
Vice-Admiral Tom WilsonBeing one of the US Navy top secret witnesses for the Disclosure Project myself that testified in Washington, I can attest to the best of my knowledge that most of the witnesses that testified have not been threatened since that event occurred in 2001.
An interesting disclosure regarding a Pentagon Study of the percentage of involvement of the Department of the Navy which includes the USMC compared to the USAF, Army and National Guard during a potential civil war within the United States, as related to the dissident extraction exercises of Operation Jade Helm. This disclosure was made by a Lt. General who was forced to retire in an Obama administration purge of military leadership in which the Obama administration has fired 270 command military leaders. Note the difference between the Navy and USMC compared to the USAF and Army.
In 2012 this Lt. General was part of a Pentagon study which studied how many military personnel would side with the government and how many could be counted upon to fire upon American citizens when ordered to do so. The 2012 Pentagon study reached the following conclusions: Ref
- Approximately 60% of active duty Army personnel will side with the American people.
- Eighty percent of the National Guard will not fire upon American citizens when, as the Lt. General said, “(not if Sir) but when the order is given to openly enslave the American people under Martial Law”.
- Somewhere around 90% the Marines will side with the American people.
- The Navy as a whole will stay out of the fight choosing to be the last line of defense against foreign intervention should the country fall into civil war.
- It is widely believed that in excess of 75% of the Air Force will side with the establishment.
In other words according to that Pentagon study the percentage that would go along with unconstitutional orders against the American people would be:

40% Army
20% National Guard
10% Marines
0% Navy
The Different Agendas within the Military and Intelligence Agencies
It is important to note in the research work of Dr. Michael Salla of these witnesses are that the indications reveal that the USAF is sanctioning a questionable "limited disclosure" supported by the Draco Federation versus the Navy's support of a "full disclosure" supported by the Nordic Space Navy. This is a brief recap of history showing how the different groups ended up aligning with opposing alliances.
Starting in 1919 with the Vril Society working with Nordic ETs and Nazi Germany entering into agreement with the Draco Federation in Antarctica for a technology exchange program in 1933. The start of this Air Force/Navy division appears to have started back in 1942 after two ET craft were shot down over Los Angeles. The Army Air Force and the Navy each took a craft to their facilities to study. The FBI was denied access to the craft by the Army Air Force. The joint effort to study this with "Project RAND" developed into a conflict between the USAF and the USN, due to the majority funding coming through the USAF. "Project RAND" then turned into the "RAND Corporation" it became predominately controlled by the USAF while the USN moved on to develope its own program in secret. In 1945 Hitler and Himmler fake suicides and escape along with the SS and many scientists to Argentina and Antarctica bases. In 1946 the Navy attempts to destroy the Nazi base in Antarctica but were defeated. The Rockefeller Foundation in the control of the education system rewrites the official history of WWII in order to conceal for decades to come, incriminating pertinent facts from students of history. After the 1947 Roswell crashes, Truman established the original NSC/MJ-12 group and the CIA is formed out of the OSS, which was headed by USN Admiral Hillenkoetter. The Army Air Force then became the USAF.During this time, heavy Nazi infiltration into the CIA was occurring. The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and the FBI were working together in South America monitoring the Nazis and their activities. J. Edgar Hoover was conflicted by the creation of the CIA, as Hoover saw that the CIA had been heavily infiltrated by the Nazis with the assistance of Allen Dulles. This is the reason the FBI did not share intelligence with the CIA only the ONI,
Within the MJ-12 group arose conflict over disclosure. USN Admiral Hillenkoetter was concerned, and stated disclosure was important due to the dangers of the secrecy that was put in place by saying "I urge immediate congressional action to reduce the dangers from secrecy about Unidentified Flying Objects."
Secretary of Defence and MJ-12 member James Forrestal also wanted public disclosure. Air Force Secretary Symington and LeMay were firmly opposed to Forrestal’s attempt to give the Navy the leadership role in the extraterrestrial matters of MJ-12 and were vehemently opposed to revealing the truth of the extraterrestrial problem to the general public. This led to Forrestal's assassination in 1949. In the next few years that followed several programs of psychological perception management and disinformation operations commenced, including Operation Mockingbird created by Allen Dulles with mainstream news media, Project Dove with the entertainment industry, National Inquirer owner trained at CIA psyops to disseminate discrediting stories, and the CIA formed the Robertson Panel which decided to deny the UFO/ET reality and debunk all reports to keep the public from directing their attention to the matter. 1952 Nazi discs then do a fly over the capitol to intimidate Truman as the Nazis further infiltrate. That year the NSA is created.
In 1954 Eisenhower has contact with the Nordic ETs and rejects the exchange offer, as it entailed dismantling our nuclear weapons without receiving any advanced technology for military advancement. Also in 1954 the Bilderberg meetings formed by a former Nazi SS officer commenced yearly meetings with the world elite that continue to this day. Eisenhower in order to give himself plausible deniability, assigns Nelson Rockefeller to restructure MJ-12 and CIA operations putting the president and our legal constitutional government without jurisdiction to these operations.
In 1955 Eisenhower met with an ET group aligned with the Draco Federation and entered into an exchange program that involved receiving technology with the permission to abduct the public and use Earth facilities at Area 51/S-4 and elsewhere. Eisenhower's Secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5510 creates new members of a permanent MJ-12 committee with Allen Dulles as MJ-1. In order to be out of governmental oversight, all operations where then moved from Wright-Patterson AFB to Area 51 and S-4. Eisenhower now has no jurisdiction and control is given over to the control of corporations. He is now denied access by MJ-12 to Area 51/S-4 facilities. After threatening to invade with the army, Eisenhower is allowed two agents to give him report from Area 51/S-4. After these 1955 agreements were reached, the US military industrial complex began assisting the German/Nazi space program by providing it with resources, and most importantly, personnel. This led to a rapid increase in the use of slave labor human trafficking. A continuation of the slave labor practices used in Nazi Germany. In 1958 NASA is created in which many of the paperclip Nazi scientists became involved. In 1959 Dr. Hermann Oberth admitted publicly that the Nazis had help from "people of other worlds".
In 1961 Eisenhower gives a warning to the public, that only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can protect our future liberties and freedoms from the disastrous rise of misplaced power within the military industrial complex. Eisenhower's concerns of MJ-12/CIA where shared with JFK who was aware of the situation from his Naval background in ONI and his close association with James Forrestal when he reviewed in Germany the Nazi technologies in 1945. JFK attempted to gain control of the CIA and warn the public of an infiltration by a ruthless monolithic conspiracy and the dangers of excessive secrecy, secret societies and the importance of the press to inform and alert the American people. The 1961 NASA sponsored Brookings Report further supported denying UFO/ET evidence to the public. JFK requests from CIA director Allen Dulles a review of MJ-12. Due to JFK's inquires, Dulles creates an assassination directive titled "Project Environment", in order to protect the continuance of the MJ-12 group. In 1963 JFK attempts to get out of the Federal Reserve, end the Vietnam War and have NASA cooperate with the USSR on "outer space matters". Later that year he is assassinated.
In the decades that follow JFK's assassination, the office of president is filled with cabal compliant candidates up till present day. Meanwhile the Navy through the entertainment industry is sowing into movie and television scripts advanced concepts into the public's imagination, such as future Naval space battle fleets through science fiction such as Outer Limits, Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica.

1966 The Condon Committee gets the USAF out receiving public UFO reports, by justifying the closing of USAF Project Blue Book.
1967 Leaked Report from Iron Mountain revealed plans for false flag events, even the development of a threat from outer space in order to perpetuate war conflicts.
1969 when Apollo 11 landed on the moon, they were surrounded by Draco Federation starships and told “Finish a total of six of your Apollo missions; take your photos, pick up some rocks, go home, and don’t come back.” Which is what they did.
1972 Nixon Watergate scandal was to hide the secret of the "Alien Presence" as revealed by CIA operative E. Howard Hunt.
1977 Werner von Braun's deathbed testimony reveals future false flag plans such as terrorists with a final plan with extraterrestrials.
1980 US Navy Solar Warden Space Fleet is Launched with the assistance of the Nordic Navy
1993 Rockefeller Initiative has Clinton's CIA director Woolsey investigate the UFO files and is denied access which leads to a meeting with Dr. Greer that starts a witness archival project that collects over 450 military and intelligence witnesses over the next seven years.
1997 The head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Vice-Admiral Wilson is denied access to USAPs revealed by Dr. Greer and gives him permission to go to the media with witnesses to expose these illegal operations.
2001 Disclosure Project event at National Press Club Wash DC where 21 witnesses testify to mainstream media. Four months later the 9-11 Terrorist False Flag event occurs. William Tompkins is approved by Navy admiral Webster to release his information to the public.
2002 Inspired by the Disclosure Project testimonies, UK Hacker Gary McKinnon discovers evidence of a secret space program in NASA computers.
2008 Vatican makes announcements preparing the masses to accept benevolent extraterrestrials.
2011 Sphere Being Alliance enters into our solar system to buffer galactic energies and to level the playing field being the Nordics and the Dracos
2012 Russia's Prime Minister Medvedev shares candidly to reporter about the extraterrestrials among us.
2013 Edward Snowden leaks classified NSA files revealing the agencies unconstitutional activities. Two weeks prior to the Citizen's Hearing on Disclosure event, the distracting Boston Marathon Bombing event occurs.
2014 William Binney reveals NSA is mass collecting on everyone for "total population control".
2015 George H.W. Bush states that "Americans can't handle the truth" regarding the UFO issue.
2016 Bilderberg Meeting in Germany approve Hillary Clinton for president and WikiLeaks exposes Clinton and Podesta Emails. FBI directory reopens Clinton investigation and Donald Trump is elected president.
The Opposing AlliancesSSPW Goode:
" Donald Trump is indeed being backed by the Alliance. Trump is certainly not entering into this battle free from his own baggage. He has said and done a variety of things that are upsetting to people. Goode maintained that the “Earth Alliance” had backed Trump and was behind the Wikileaks email releases damaging to the Clinton campaign.
From these historical and testimonial indicators such as the USAF assuming control from the Navy of Project RAND in 1948 and then the Draco Federation treaty with Eisenhower in 1955, it appears that there may have been a difference in agendas between the USAF and the USN. There appears to be two major opposing agendas of which different groups align themselves with. One group is not wanting the full truth to the public to come out and are pushing for "Limited Disclosure". Behind the scenes, USAF elements are feeding this incomplete/disinformation out into the public through public figures for dissemination believing they are getting the full story. This "limited disclosure" is done, no doubt to protect corporate interests and to prevent the backlash from the public which would become outraged at the full truth and demand tribunal trials to be held for these crimes against humanity.
The other group knows that, only through "Full Disclosure" of the entire truth, will mankind be able to transform this deceptive situation for the good of all beings and life on this and other planetary civilizations.
But keep in mind that within these two groups there are "White Hats" and "Black Hats", so it's not all just black and white, good and bad, there are good people in each of these agencies. It's far more complex than we are aware of, and more of a mind set within these groups. This following list is a gross generalization of the players on both sides, again compiled and based solely on SSP witness testimonies referenced, nothing more than that.

The information from these Secret Space Program witnesses is highly controversial. That is why it has been specifically isolated and separated from the rest of this article to evaluate on it's own merit. I feel it is important to state that I have no allegiance or affiliation to any particular person in this field of research, nor do I have, or have ever had, a financial interest in any form of monetary gain with my involvement in this subject. As one of the CIA psychological tactics used in order to discredit researchers, is to point out the ulterior motive of "financial interests" of the researcher. This was revealed back in a 1967 Secret CIA Dispatch that was prompted by individuals questioning the official Warren Commission conclusions regarding JFKs assassination. The CIA labeled these individuals as "conspiracy theorists" to discredit their claims, and pointed out several ulterior motives, such as "financial interests" in order to discredit them.
